JUAN and TERRANCE were super helpful and thorough, they did a great job and left everything spotless! They were very knowledgeable and took time to answer and explain any questions or concerns we had. Definitely one of the best experiences. Would recommend them for any jobs at your house!

Exceptional service. I have a lot of mold issues in my condo. I scheduled an appt. with Air Pros. Victor explained everything to me in detail was very helpful at determining the best solution for my plumbing issue. Going to hire a Restoration Company recommended by him to further assist.

Amazing job! If you’re looking for someone to come into your home you can trust… it’s these guys! They were extremely informative and not pushy at all! I usually worry about the sales pitches but I did not experience any of that with these guys! Such a great experience.

Leo was great. He was on time, polite and professional. He wore his shoe covers even though I told him they were unnecessary. He completed a detailed inspection of my ac unit and thoroughly explained my options. I will definitely be working with this company in the future.

Unfortunately have to leave yet another 1 star review for this company. The technicians are clearly doing only what they can with what they have but yet again my home repiping project has been stalled for over 2 months. I had to initiate and consistently check in to ensure the permits were being followed up on. I also had to be very on top of them to ensure things were up to code before the inspection, as some items were left incomplete the days leading up to it. Krystle tries to help at first but then disappears. It’s truly disheartening they don’t take into consideration that this is someone’s home and provide timely service to complete a project. To fix my wall repairs it has taken over 3 weeks with the technician only coming 1-2 hours at time. Overall just disheartened by this whole process and feel that they can’t be trusted to provide any accurate timeline.

Leo and Jose did an outstanding job with my AC maintenance. They were professional, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was handled smoothly, and they made sure the system was working perfectly before they left. Excellent service all around—I highly recommend them!

Terry did an excellent job with the repairs around my house that were needed. Gave me an upfront price and completed the job quicker than the estimated time. Air conditioner works like new I would highly recommend him again if I need him

That said, the company’s overall workmanship felt a bit sketchy. We had our HVAC ductwork “redone,” but it turned out to be more of a patch job than a professionally finished project. I also had to stay on top of them and point things out repeatedly — otherwise, several issues would’ve been left unfixed. 😬 The issues we noticed include:
• Ducts not properly hung or brought up to code
• The plenum was torn in 3 places leaking air into attic, I had to call them back to fix this.
• Moldy vents and registers left untouched (even though the job was meant to address that)
• Only two workers sent for a very large project, which stretched into three separate visits
• Consistent lateness — plan to block out the whole day waiting for arrival 😕

I don’t blame the technicians; they seemed to be doing their best with what they had. The shortcomings appear to reflect how the company operates overall.

Will this add value to the home? Probably not — but at least it should keep things running for now, hopefully safely 🤞 and with better air quality for our family. 🌬️ Also hoping our $600 electric bill comes down now that the plenum holes are patched. I will get a UV light for the air handler unit to help clean the passing air. 3 SOLID STARS ….Terry, I hope you guys win the contest. 😉

Juan was exceptionally professional and efficient from start to finish. He quickly identified the issues with both my kitchen and bathroom sinks and explained what needed to be done in a clear, reassuring way. Throughout the entire process, he worked with care and attention to detail, making sure everything was fixed properly and functioning smoothly before he left. I also really appreciated that he took the time to thoroughly clean up after completing the repairs, leaving the space even tidier than before. Extremely professional from the initial call to schedule until the job was completed. Arrived within an hour and a half after scheduled. Was very thankful for that. The tech explained everything along the way and was very detailed in his work. Would definitely recommend this company!!

My 2nd time utilizing their services and both times outstanding customer service. From my phone call with their receptionist, to their confirmation of my appointment, to when the tech showed up and did the work. The price was reasonable and the work was 1st class. I am so thankful to have found them and both times responded to my needs same day.

We have connected El Plomero Latino twice to help us with our plumbing issues. Once for a broken shower and once to move the pipes under our bathroom vanity, replace the compression valve, and install the drain. Efesdamin came out both times and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Any time we need help in the future we will be contacting them again.

Excellent service although running late (which I guess is normal for this type of business). Axel ran into some problems due to the age of the shower fixtures (over 20 years!) but he stayed calm and professional throughout to make sure the replacement was correctly installed with no leaks. Very satisfied with the work.

Great service. Franklin Casado is an excellent technician. He explained what my problem was and looked for different solutions. His explanations were clear and I didn’t have to ask him anything because he volunteered all the information I needed to know. Not too many technicians will do that. Very efficient and reliable. I called on the morning and the next schedule day was on Monday but they got a work near my home so the send Axel right away from that job to my house and I didn't have to wait until Monday, Alex was very respectful and professional, he even waited for me to arrive home, I highly recommend El plomero latino.

Called them up about a toilet issue and they came out the next day! A lot of notifications so you know when they are on the way. Great communication and would definitely recommend to anyone
