Plumber came out today. He didn't pull out one tool. He looked and saw water coming from my electric water heater and said that I needed a new one. Also, that they start off at $3,700. $6,500 if I wanted the top of the line model. They could have told me this over the phone! So, a 5 minute conversation and handshake costed me $119. It took him longer to take the payment then it did for him to check my unit. A 50 Gallon water heater at Lowe's will run you under $500. Then they'll send someone out to put it in at a reasonable price.....and that includes a 6-year warranty. In other words, Go elsewhere!
