I was pleasantly surprised with the arrival of the tech. I was told between 3 - 5 PM and 3:05pm I received text message that tech. was on his way. Once arrived he looked at my issue and informed me that he would check to make sure he had everything needed to do the repair and would give me the quote of how my it would cost to do the repair. I felt price was fair and went ahead and approved repair. tech. took less than 30 min. to complete the repair. I was very satisfied overall. This company is fantastic! They were so quick to respond and they got the job done fast. We had a leak in the drain pipe to the washing machine. The pipe was in such bad shape it had to be replaced. They got it done within a hour and a half and even hooked up my new washing machine to run it and make sure there was no leak! Wonderful people and outstanding service.
