My parents needed to get their home repiped for insurance purposes (they live in a manufactured home in a senior community). We had 3 different companies come out for quotes. Choice Plumbing gave us the most reasonable quote, guaranteed their work and said the job would be done in two days. We chose them and we have no regrets. Excellent piping job. The two gentlemen that did our house were kind and explained everything along the way while also answering our questions. Absolutely recommend them for any piping or plumbing needs. I called Choice Plumbing at 4pm and by 5pm Bill Richmond arrived. He explained our options in detail and as he was taking care of our issue he informed us what he was doing and why. He was able to unclog our kitchen sink! He is very personable and professional. I already shared Choice Plumbing contact with my family!!

We had some minor water intrusion in our master bathroom. We detected water flow from the main water line outside. We called Choice Plumbing Orlando and they sent someone out the next day to assess. Javier came over to give an estimate. He was polite and respectful and took his shoes off when he entered the home. He had to chisel a hole into the concrete and determined the leak was coming from an old cracked copper pipe and gave us an estimate. He applied a temporary fix to stop the leak and then he returned the next day with parts and replaced the cracked copper pipe with a PEX pipe. He had an assistant that worked with him and the biggest bonus for the project was that they could repair the concrete wall after completing pipe repair. We did not need to hire a contractor to finish the hole in the wall which was very convenient. Every time Javier came over he gave notice with a phone call of his arrival time.

The service I received was amazing. I called and they were able to get a tech here within 2 hours. The tech helped me identify what was the issue and offered to fix it for $300. He told me how I could fix it on my own since he said it was a simple job. I took his advice and tried to fix it myself and what he recommended to do worked flawlessly. It’s nice to see that a business cares about their customers and if it is simple offers a solution. I was so impressed I will be following up shortly for a water filter and for choice plumbing to install a new sink.

We appreciate so much Reliance Plumbing. Junior, the fantastic hard working plumber that came to our rescue worked a long difficult day to put our plumbing back to working properly. He worked in the heat and then in the rain digging and replacing pipe. We truly are thankful for such a responsible person. Our family has used Reliance Plumbing several times and have been very pleased with their work.

Terrible grumpy men Richard came in 1 hour late. Horrible service. Before I signed he said if I break the floor he'll charge me $295 so I did sign.after that he didn't even break anything. He just listen with machine about 15 or 20 mins and he charged me $295.he didn't even tell me exactly where and what happened. Be hornets people. You guys doing the business better be hornets .

We had a service window of 10:30 am - 12:30 pm. Isaiah showed up around 2:30 pm just to tell us that we needed to get someone out to do leak detection. Isaiah spent around 20 minutes at our home after we had waited 4 hours for him to show up and happily charged us the dispatch fee. By this time we had had to cancel our lunch meeting and my afternoon shift. We wasted all our Friday waiting around for nothing. We still have a leak and because it is now the weekend we're looking at emergency dispatch fees. Do not waste your time and money!

I had Reliance come out last week due the fact my bathtub would not drain after I showered, and also
I could not use the shower in my room because the faucets were corroided and my toilet would not
flush after use I had to flush it at least 4 times. They sent Lyndon to help me. With in no time he
had tackled all my issues and I was in business again. Great service, fast and dependable. I will
be more than happy to recommend your company to friends.

I was experiencing drainage issues and both a handyman and another plumbing company attempted snaking the line but with failed results. I called Reliance and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and was able to come out the next day to perform a hydro-jetting. Both Ronaldo and Danny showed up on time, explained the process and were able to complete the work in a reasonable time. They also brought the camera to show that the line was clear. I haven't experience drainage issue since.

DO NOT TRY THEM! After waiting all day for their "master plumber" to come to the house their plumber stormed off disrespectfully , got into his truck and drove off because I was calling his office to check on the pricing he was quoting me. They won't tell you how much it is to use a camera to check your pipes so you have to wait until someone comes to you. After being delayed and rescheduling, I waited for him and finally he came at nearly 5:00 pm -- 5 hours late. On the reschedule call, the woman at their office told me that he has had a long day and wanted me to know that if he comes out here it would cost between $300-$375 to use the camera to check my pipes under my house for leaks or to see if there was a clog or if one of the pipes was sagging. I said fine to tell him I wanted this done.

Mr. Plumber arrived with a very obvious attitude of "I've had a long day and I'm going to tell you everything you need to send me away without working for you." When I told him that I need to know if there is a leak or a sag in the pipes under the house because we have already spent $2400 because of toilets flooding the rooms with 6 bathrooms in my house , he told me that it is $350 PER LINE NOT FOR THE JOB. He knew I didn't need for him to look at the drain field we have just to check the plumbing lines under the house but he told me there are "many lines ". Its an easy job because we have a crawl space under out house. He also tried to tell me that discoloration and rippling on a section of wood in my kitchen is due to a wood problem... Ha ha that is a ridiculous assumption. These are Carlisle wide plank floors from Atlanta and they are all throughout my house and for 11 years there is not another place that appears to be turning colors, has a rippled finish as if it were soaked from underneath .

I told him I was going to call his office and dispute what he was telling me and he stormed off and got into his truck and sped down my long driveway. He was here no more than 15 minutes. Horrible ! Almost unbelievable but this man did not want to work anymore and this was the excuse he needed to get home.

The people in the office seem nice but as expected, the manager had gone home and was unable to speak to me about this.

I was fortunate enough to have Alphonso come and install a new water heater for my mother’s home. He was very patient and took his time to explain everything to me. I really appreciate him and will only deal with Reliance for any plumbing issues we have.

Saved my day! Had a backed up sewer line with raw sewage in my showers and my leasing company refused my emergency and told me to wait until business hours. Not good enough. In less than an hour Alberto from Reliance was at my house, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give me an estimate to fix the problem. I have never been so confident in a plumbing tech before. In the future I will be requesting this company any time I have an issue.

We had a huge blockage in our kitchen that stopped the sink from draining water and the washer as well. And I gave reliance plumbing a call and in the morning the first gentlemen couldn't seem to get it and he also told us that if he continued that it would cost us thousands of dollars in repairs. so we waited for another technician to come and Kenny showed up, and in less than 15 mins everything was fixed. My family and I are so happy for their services.

Firstly, I called to report a leak at 8 pm. Despite being advertised as 24 hour service, no one could come out until the next day. Both days that techs were scheduled to come out, they arrived hours after the given windows due to ‘emergencies.’ On the third time they were scheduled to come out, they canceled the whole day. I haven’t had water for an entire week. I went with a different company and they provided instant same day service. Would never recommend this company to anyone; only would recommend to avoid them.

I contacted this plumber based on my parents recommendation. I didn't get past the estimate which was difficult enough to get. I called to request an estimate for the cost of installing a bathtub in my condo, I couldn't get an estimate over the phone so I scheduled the plumber to come out. The plumber was three hours late, though to the credit of the front desk staff they did give me a call to let me know he was running late and my appointment needed to be rescheduled for later. When he arrived he didn't actually offer me any estimate he just said "I'll try to get this done as soon as possible." I stopped to ask for an estimate and he told me it would be "like 800 dollars" i wasn't provided a written estimate or any basis of the charges. He then added I'm going to have to wait for another tech to come since this is a tub install and we need to people. Why would you not bring two technicians in the first place if you knew the job you were going to needed two technicians. I promptly told him that the cost was too high and that I had already received multiple estimates for around 250-300 dollars and his was response just "Really? Then you should call one of them."

I called Reliance plumbing on a recommendation. My master bathroom drains are backing up. I spoke with the receptionist and was told that they had a window between 12 pm to 4 pm on the day I called. I was told that they would call me when they were on their way; I have not heard from them since, they never came, they never called, the next day came and they didn't show up and didn't call. Don't waste your time calling them, call a company that is more professional.

Danny was outstanding today. I have used Reliance for 10 years and have received consistently the bestt service of any other plumbers prior to that. I had used many others previously and am thankful I finally found Reliance. Thanks, Danny, for your expert knowledge and advice. I will replace the old, old toilet, and if that doesn't work I will be calling you back to go to the next step. You guys are great.

The support staff was courteous and friendly. An appointment was made for next day service. Junior showed up on time, accessed the situation, was clear in explaining to me what needed to be done, and wasted no time in completing the task at hand. He was pilots, patient, knowledgeable and thorough and completed the job with confidence and professionalism. And the best part was there was NOTHING to clean up when he left. He left no trace of his working in there, even though I know he used machinery to fix the problem. Junior made sure I inspected the job approving his work. A working toilet is a great thing! I’m very pleased with this service and will definitely call again if we need a plumber!

Reliance Plumbing is great. They called to let me know the rep was on his way and 10 minutes later he was at my home. He inspected the toilet which was the original installed in the house 31 years ago and suggested it be replaced with a new, water saver one. We both went to the store and I chose a new one which he put in his truck, came back and installed. The whole process took less than 2-1/2 hours and the cost was very reasonable. The rep, Alfonso, was very polite, efficient and a pleasure to meet. I highly recommend Reliance Plumbing.

I was referred to Reliance Plumbing in April '22 by my landscaper ("My 3 Sons") due to an irrigation issue and Nathan handled it very professionally; however, we discovered an unrelated toilet-sewer issue in late July so I instantly thought of him.
On this past Mon pm, he came out, assessed the situation, gave me a timetable for repair, and quoted me an estimate. The time wouldn't work for me so he politely accommodated my Tues schedule, returned promptly and replaced, not repaired, my broken flange after slowly explaining & showing me the problem.
True to his timetable, he replaced it, cleaned up my bathroom, cleared & flushed my sewage pipe, & returned my toilet to working usage.
His excellent customer svc, effective communication skills & professional behavior have absolutely resonated with me and I'll be using(& referring) him when our need arises. Bravo Mr.Saeda - you are an asset to your company!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking badly and we decided to replace it since it was more than 20 years old. I purchased a new faucet at Lowe's and Reliance Plumbing installed it ! The technician was prompt, courteous, and most of all adept at replacing the faucet. I thought that they were a little pricey ($250) but then I haven't needed a plumber in many years so maybe that is the going rate these days. The work was well done and guaranteed. The dispatcher was awesome, keeping me informed of the time of the technician's arrival, as well as squeezing me in as they had a cancellation. I was very very happy with their service. AND, they have coupons on their site for dollars off their services !
