Bill was very polite and professional. He even went the extra mile to sweep the area the washer was in before he put it back in place. He explained everything very thoroughly that I understood exactly what he was talking about. Very nice gentleman and resolved the issue!

Chris was our repairman. He was a great guy and very professional. This is our second time using Choice and we are very pleased with the service and company.

I will never use them again. They are way overpriced. I used them once based on referral and I thought then it was overpriced. Called today for clogged toilet and they wanted $700. I paid service charge of $40 and sent them on their way. I called roto rooter and it was less than half the price. It’s a shame for companies to take advantage of small businesses. Thank you Roto Rooter!

The technician, Nick was amazing. The job was done perfectly. He was very upfront, knowledgeable and even offered suggestions to prevent the repair in the future. Choice Plumbing will be doing any future plumbing work for us.

Nick came out to my house on 11/13 and did an absolute fantastic job. I’ve not had great past experiences with plumbers so I dreaded having another one come out because inevitably I was going to be disappointed but with Nick this wasn’t the case. He explained things in a simple way that even I could understand. He went above and beyond.

Today Javier Lopez came back out to my house to help fix an item for my new home owners insurance company. I can always count on Javier to do the job professionally. The last time Javier came was about 2 years ago. I had a busted water line in the yard. There was a giant wasp nest between my fence and the neighbors fence. I got stung opening the gate, so when Javier arrived I told him I just got stung and to be careful. Javier didn't care, he was here to do the job. While he was waiting for the repair to finish curing he ended up getting stung in the face and neck several times. He was fearless, finished the job and took a few benadryls for the road. You want a plumber you can count on? Javier Lopez from Choice Plumbing is the freaking man! Thanks again for the professional repair today, looks great.

We recently had some repairs conducted by Choice Plumbing. Work was executed well and on agreed schedule.

I was satisfied by the pricing as I know quality work with materials and labor costs and small businesses today are hit hard with operating expenses.

Disappointed. Called to have them install an undermount sink. They didn’t mention a fee to come out or ask any important questions about the sink/counter. The guy was here for 5 min and couldn't do anything because we had a granite counter and charged us for coming out. If that was an important factor, the company should have asked during the initial call and also mentioned a fee for coming out. Would not recommend this company.

After a plumbing attempt failure to fix my outside faucet coming out of the wall, where there was not enough pipe to get the job done, had to shut the water to the house off. Realized I needed professional help & called Choice plumbing at 9pm.

They gave me the option of sending someone immediately or first thing in the morning. Decided on the morning to save on cost. We scheduled the appointment. 8am plumber Bill was knocking on the door. Within an hour, we had the wall opened up, pipe cut & repaired & water on. Had the option to seal the wall myself & save money or let them take care of it all. Another 45 minutes Bill secured & concreted the wall.

Job well done, fast service, liked Bill, very personable & he was comfortable with me watching & learning as he got the job done.

The cost was half of what someone else I know of, got charged in a pinch for same issue. Totally happy with the work & ease of the experience.

PS, don't try to start a job you have never done at 7pm at night :)

My experience with Choice Plumbing was wonderful! I called on a Saturday morning with no expectations of being serviced since it was a weekend/last minute but Nick answered the phone and assured me they could help. I was able to get a same day appointment! Javier came out and he repaired the issue. I really appreciate Javier for letting me know up front how much the service would cost (there was a weekend fee but I thought it was completely reasonable considering so many other companies don’t even offer weekend appointments). I called and left a voicemail at other local companies who claimed they were open on the weekends and never even got a callback from them. The fact I called Choice Plumbing and was met with a response right away truly impressed me. Overall, Choice Plumbing was timely, professional, and a pleasure to work with! I appreciate their business and I absolutely recommend them!

I discovered a leak from my shower that was damaging the adjacent wall in my bedroom. We called choice plumbing and they sent someone out right away. Chris was awesome! He was very attentive and found the issue and fixed it right away. His work was very neat and he left no mess. I’ll definitely pass on choice plumbing’s info to my friends!

Called and serviced the same day on a weekend day. Excellent customer service and paying options. Plumbing clogged with no available entry so toilet had to be removed and replaced. Job was done well and clean. Extra charge for weekend understandable.

First I would like to say everyone has been very nice, friendly, and professional. Bill came out and did the assessment. He answered all my questions and was very transparent with me, which I really appreciated. Kelly and Kimberly were very responsive when ever I called and sent Bill and the team out very promptly. They answered all my questions and were very helpful. Javier, Alex, and another gentleman did the repiping work and installed the new water heater. They did an amazing job and answered all my questions. I had the city inspection today and everything passed. I am very happy with the work done and would definitely recommend them to others.

We had a sudden backup in our septic at 8pm & needed it fixed ASAP! Javier came out & did an AMAZING job taking care of it for us! He found the blockage, fixed it & gave us some follow up instructions in case it happens again. I cannot say enough about the professional yet friendly service from him & Choice Plumbing.

One of the best service experiences I’ve had! Transparent, skilled, and genuinely helpful. I would absolutely recommend Choice Plumbing Orlando. Nick was my technician, and his work was clean, organized, and thoughtfully done.

I had an excellent experience and could not be more satisfied with the service, so I want to explain why. They were able to provide same-day service within a few hours on a Sunday, despite extremely high demand following a record-breaking freeze in Orlando. The freeze caused a pipe to burst, leaving me without water and with a continuous leak because my older shutoff valve was fully turned off but no longer sealing internally. I know many homes in the area were dealing with similar issues, so I was incredibly relieved that they were able to fit me in so quickly under these circumstances.

What stood out immediately was how thoroughly Nick explained everything. He could have simply replaced the broken pipe and left the existing setup and old shutoff valve in place. Instead, he took the time to walk me through the setup, explain why certain aspects posed higher risk, and clearly outline my options along with the pros and cons of each. He asked thoughtful questions about what actually mattered to me functionally and helped me efficiently weigh the tradeoffs, but ultimately left the decision in my hands. That approach genuinely lived up to the name Choice Plumbing and made me feel informed and confident in the choice I made.

I decided to simplify my setup and replace my outdated shutoff valve. Nick replaced the gate valve I had with a quarter-turn ball valve. The lever is significantly easier to use than the circular valve and reduces concerns related to hard-water buildup. He also simplified the piping in a way that clearly improves reliability and usability. Everything looks cleaner, more intentional, and far more effective.

Nick was professional, patient, and easy to work with throughout the entire visit. Even with how busy things clearly were that day, Nick stayed focused, efficient, and never made me feel rushed. He also shared practical preventative guidance to help reduce future risk, which I really appreciated. He clearly takes pride in doing quality work the right way.

Overall, this was an outstanding experience, especially given the timing and circumstances. Nick represented Choice Plumbing Orlando extremely well and set a high standard for professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship. Because of this experience, I will continue using Choice Plumbing Orlando and would confidently recommend them, especially Nick.
