Dan from Pompa Plumbing was sent by Rheem to do repair service on my water heater. He arrived on time and went straight to work after briefly discussing the issues. Dan was professional yet personable. He fixed the issue but found another that Rheem agreed to send new parts under warranty. Thanks Dan!
