Pompa plumbing handled my warranty water heater replacement. In order to comply with the manufacturers warranty replacement Pompa had to remove the old water heater and then travel to the plumbing supply location to show prove the old one was out of service a and to retrieve the new water heater. Other plumbers I contacted were not willing to do the travel and multiple step process. Pompa was excellent at communication and handling the details with the plumbing supplier throughout the process. Carlos (installer) arrived timely and was efficient, neat and very personable. He answered all my questions and did a fabulous job.

After a multitude of plumbers that I have dealt with in regard to a faulty water heater, I must say that Danny was the most professional, pleasant, and efficient plumber that I have met thus far. He was very knowledgeable of the process at Home Depot and made it so easy to complete the process. I was surprised at how quickly he was able to complete the process. It was a great piece of mind and less stressful than I anticipated due to his great customer service! Thank you Danny

Knowledgable technician explained everything he was doing and why, and gave me some tips on how to diagnose future issues.Fully tested everything both on the multimeter and with a full draw down test to make sure it was working correctly. Our plumber, Carlos, was fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Kept me informed and included every step of the process. We had the pressure relief valve on the water heater replaced under warranty from the manufacturer, installed an expansion tank, and drained and cleaned our water heater. I would call Pompa and Carlos again in the future.

The staff helped with setting up an appointment for the maintenance of my tankless water heater, they were courteous, accommodating & friendly.
