Just recently discovered a small leak on a cpvc angle joint on a water line in my attic which JJ and Ruffin identified and immediately repaired. JJ and Ruffin were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We have been customers of Herrell for many years. Service is great always and prompt. This job was a huge one....trenching and replacing the 50' sewer line from the house to the street. Our crew was very professional and kept us advised of progress. They did a nice job of saving sod and cleaning up all the dirt and mud. No more sewer problems. Kudos, Herrell.

I needed to re-plumb my house and went with Herrell based on a recommendation from a co-worker. Given the nature and extent of this project I wanted to wait a while before writing a review. I can honestly say I have never dealt with a more professional group of people. I was given information to read before the work began (read it) that told me what to do before the project began and will speed up the process. Before beginning the job, they fixed little nit-noids like backwards valves and resetting my kitchen faucet/hose. Once work began, it was like clockwork as holes were cut into the walls and piping replaced. The shower valves were replaced to make everything up to date. I was also able to move one of my out door hose bibs without a problem. Day 2 of the project was the drywall team that patched both inside and outside walls. While it may be tempting, DON'T throw out the drywall cut out of the walls, it will be replaced. Little things like adding orange peel to the drywall and matching the surface of the outside wall were also done. They system was pressure tested and finished. I have had no leaks and have gotten used to the slight delay in hot water due to pipes now running thru the ceiling. Herrell does not use PEX but rather CPVC which has been around for decades. I will be using them for any future plumbing work.

In March 2022, we hired Herrell Plumbing to install a new water heater and replace all the polybuthlene pipes with PVC in our new home. Previously, we had endured a two-week-long intrusive, messy, and stressful replumb job from another company at the place we rented, so we were really bracing ourselves for this experience.

But Herrell's was great—very professional, friendly, and communicative. The entire job was finished in two days, and the work was well done. We're very happy with Herrell's and have even recommended them to our realtor so he can tell other prospective homebuyers about them.

P.S. Our handyman had recommended Herrell's to us because he had them do plumbing work on his own home. So consider this two positive reviews in one!

Left the work area clean, explained anything I needed to do. Piping looks professional, nothing sloppy on the install. Eric was friendly and professional!

Was installing shelves for client and hit a water pipe with a screw at about 6pm. Left a message for emergency service. Tech John W called me within 5 minutes and was very understanding of my situation. Had my clients pipe fixed and worked very clean. We were back up and running by 7:30pm. Highly recommend as this was my 3rd call to find the right plumber. Frank Gay and Rinaldi were my first 2 calls. Herrel Plumbing has earned a lifelong customer. Had a new water heater installed yesterday. Very grateful for the continued great service, and our favorite technician.
Fantastic service. New toilet installation/replacement was smooth, fast, and reasonably priced. I'll gladly use Herrell Plumbing again.

I had John and a couple of technicians switch my indoor gas tank water heater to a gas tankless outdoor water heater. All three of them were very friendly, professional, and did a great job with the installation and clean up. Overall the process to get a quote and schedule was quick and easy and the price was fair. I would use Herrell again in the future.

I have been in construction most of my life. I was pleasantly surprised from my first call how everything went so smoothly with Herrell Plumbing. They were able to come the next morning after I called late, the day before to switch out my water heater that was leaking.
Their techs were extremely experienced and the quality of work was some of the best I have seen in years. I have worked with tons of plumbers at many projects. Many of them usually do sloppy work and want to rush the job. The Lead Tech Bill B. and Tim Craig were definitely some of the best i have experienced in many aspects. They knew exactly what to do, went above and beyond and even swept out the garage. Trust me that rarely if ever happens! Call Herrell and ask for Bill B or Tim R if you want to have a stress free experience!

Had a water heater leak yesterday on a 20 year old unit that needed to be replaced: Contacted Harrell at 9 am the next morning and had a plumber out stocked with a brand new 40 gallon water heater within an hour and a half of calling. Less than 2 hours of work and I have a brand new working water heater for $650 less than 2 competitor’s quotes. Heath was my plumber. He was kind, efficient and was in and out like nothing happened. 10/10 experience.

Great service as always and on time. Great office staff and technicians. I definitely recommend Herrell Plumbing.

Cory quoted me $150 for the job if it took less than 45 minutes when I called. The company called to confirm my appointment the next morning and the job suddenly became $375 minimum.

I needed a very stuck PVC pipe taken off the bottom of my kitchen sink so I could clean out the lye that had become a solid block and wedged itself in said pipe. I did not have a wrench to remove the pipe and the lye honestly scared me. They wanted to send a plumber and a drain technician. Even after repeating how simple this job was. I ended up buying a wrench and acid resistant gloves off amazon and taking care of the problem myself.

Any company that more than doubles a quote depending on whom you speak with is not trustworthy.

Herrell Plumbing did a great job today! We had a clog in one of our lines going out to the main drain. I called on Wednesday and they arrived right on time on Thursday to fix the issue. He was professional and talked me through the process while he used the camera to show me the "health" of my pipes. He was here less than an hour and found the problem, cleared everything out and then fixed the hardened build up in one portion of our pipe that would of allowed paper to stick and eventually have future issues! The overall cost was $430. He fixed the issue and did not try to sell me a $2,500 pipe cleaning like the other company that we used just a few days ago! This company is honest!

Prompt, friendly, efficient. Great company to work with from the office staff to the trained plumbers. They are knowledgeable and thorough in their problem solving. Wouldn’t use any other company for my plumbing needs.

Eric quickly fixed the broken pipe and replaced the hose bin without leaving a huge hole in our stucco AND he was able to change the frozen water main cutoff valve. Highly recommended.

I was having bathtub and toilet leaks and called Herrell Plumbing at 730 am. Cory was here by 1000. It wasn't an easy fix, Cory with patience and diligence worked each problem. I am very pleased with the results. I have had issues with that toilet for a long time, and it should now be completely resolved. I have lived in this area my whole life and knew about Herrell Plumbing. But the men in my family were the ones who dealt with any fix-it issues.
