Very knowledgeable in their work. They did more than what I had expected. Initially I had said replace wax ring under commode. They did that and replace some of the parts that I had for inside tank.

Also stopped leak on the other commode and replaced some parts on inside of tank. Also put new seat on that I had.

Showed up when they said, cleaned up after job, polite, reasonable priced. Would use them again and also recommend them.

Christopher was prompt to respond and on time for our appointment. We had him move a gas pipe to make room for a new oven. He was knowledgeable about the gas system and did a great job - highly recommended.

Owner, Chris Jaffe came to my home this morning to snake out my laundry room sewer line as it was back flowing onto the floor. Chris was timely, professional, informative and went above and beyond the service I expected. Chris charged a fair price as well. This is the guy you want to handle your plumbing needs.

I called Chris and he immediately answered. I had a “different type” of flapper in my toilet I had never seen. Chris came out and fixed it. He also fixed my valve to my toilet that turns on and off the water that is connected to the pipe because it didn’t turn anymore. He also unclogged a sink in my bathroom. All of this done same day! He was very professional, and on time! I appreciate the fast, awesome work. Plumbing is expensive but I feel his price was average!

Chris Jaffe provides stellar plumbing services... He expertly and quickly remedied several different issues at my 102 year old house, all while keeping me in the loop with photos/videos of the progress. His strong work ethic was clearly evident, and his pricing was more than fair.
