Great company. Mark was awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone. We have Homeserve home warranty through Florida power and light and Hers and his plumbing service replaced our pipes. On time and very professional. No matter if you have any home warranty or not I recommend Hers and His plumbing services for all of your needs.

The service we received from Steven Schneider was outstanding. He was on time for the appointment. Steven’s work ethic was spot on. I had a leaking fixture in my front yard and called Hers & His Plumbing for help. Felix was the technician who came out, and he was fantastic. After reviewing the issue, we realized the repair wasn't covered by my insurance, which was stressful at first. However, Felix completely turned the situation around.
He took the time to educate me on exactly what needed to be done and why, explaining the repair process clearly so I understood the value. On top of that, he gave me a very good price for the work. It’s rare to find that kind of honesty and patience. I highly recommend Hers & His Plumbing!

I had some major work done by them. I had my sewage line and water line replaced. They were awesome to work with. They showed up when expected and had a great attitude everyday. Since my driveway had to be cut and a lot of digging through my landscape rock, it took about three full days of work. Felix was my main contact and was very pleasant and great to work with. John and Nathan were each there a day doing the hard labor as well. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs! It was a terrible event to go through but they made it so much better! They are contracted through Homeserve Warranty that I purchased through FPL. Most of the repair was covered and I highly recommend adding to your service. It is very low cost on your monthly FPL bill. Well worth it!

I used this His and Hers via the warranty service via OUC( I recommend you add it and always request this company!!) and I must say that the entire experience has been Excellent. The staff made a what I thought was a nightmare (finding a leak in what i thought was my closet , that was really my shower due to shoddy work on a previous remodel project) manageable. They were attentive, listened to me through my frustration and took the time out to diagnose the issue and provide me with over the top solution and service. The came out so fast and got the job done. I would recommend and will use them for any plumbing need I have. They are customer oriented and service determined. Special thanks to Steven, Dee, David , Jason my new best friend and Felix who worked magic!!!! If you ever need service this is who you should call. Thank you so much guys, you are the best!!!

I was having issues with my kitchen faucet leaking and decided the whole thing needed to be replaced. I called this company and they were able to come out very quickly. The technician that came was Raul Sanchez. He was very nice and knowledgeable and he was able to do the job quickly with no problems. He gave me some tips and tricks for the future and I felt comfortable during the entire process. The pricing was very straight forward and I feel as if it was fair. I would definitely use this company again in the future!!

Very positive experience with Mercury Plumbing today. I had a main water line leak close to the house. Andrew arrived quickly, located the leak and had it fixed in about an hour. Based on my experience today, I would definitely call Mercury Plumbing again.

Mercury Plumbing has always provided prompt and professional service from knowledgeable individuals. Prices have been reasonable and when they identified an additional issue, they explained the situation and showed me what the problems were, with no pressure for additional services if I chose not to.

I called Mercury Plumbing 10/21/2024. ( had used before for garbage disposal problem, was happy with the outcome)
Telephone communication was very good.
Technician L. Allen was sent to our home to see what our problem with the water heater was.
On 10/22/2024 9am, Lorenzo Allen was at our home ready to replace our Water Heater.
And with all parts and equipment needed to do the job. Yes we are very satisfied with the service. He left with the old heater, cleaned up and we do not have to worry about disposal of old heater.

Tony with mercury plumbing did a great job, was efficient, left a clean work area when he was done and was very patient with me as I wanted to watch him the whole time he was fixing my toilet. The price mercury charged was very reasonable.

I’ve used Mercury Plumbing several times over the years for various jobs at my house and they do great work. They are quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and reasonable on price.

The office staff, Malinda, is very pleasant, intelligent, and will answer questions and get things done; they are prompt and totally capable; I have five rental properties and use Mercury for all my plumbing needs.

I called Mercury Plumbing the night before Thanksgiving and they sent Jacob to address my problem with a leak. He called to let me know he would be there as soon as finished another job. He took care of the leak and returned after the holiday to install a new hot water heater. I would highly recommend Mercury Plumbing and Jacob!

Tony and Jimmy were on time. They looked at what I thought was a leak that had disintegrated the drywall. After checking wall inside and outside, they ascertained there was never a leak. Drywall will need replacing, but is not water damage. Appreciated their honesty. Mercury has now been to my house a few times. Installed a vanity a few months ago. I used to try different plumbers, but in the last year have found Mercury is now my plumber.

Friendly professional service. Very happy with cost and a great job done. When the job was done Jacob cleaned up and left the work area as clean as it had been before he started.

Our old electric water heater finally needed to be replaced. Mercury had already replaced our other old gas water heater. They did a good job on that one so we decided to call them to replace the electric one. The next day Lorenzo arrived on the job and soon had the new water heater installed. He was friendly, polite and professional. These guys are pros.
