I had a great experience with Mercury Plumbing. I called to schedule an appointment for the next day, and Melinda—who was super friendly—told me they’d come sooner if a cancellation opened up. Just 15 minutes later, I got a call from a technician who was already on his way!

He arrived quickly, fixed the clog efficiently, and then offered to vacuum up the water that had spilled over—something I totally didn’t expect. He was courteous, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.

It’s rare to find a company that’s this responsive and thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Mercury Plumbing again or recommend them to anyone who needs fast reliable help!

Pedro Roman with Mercury Plumbing did an emergency repair on a PVC pipe that split outside my house near the shut off. He worked quickly and accurately and did a great job for us. I appreciate that he was able to take care of the problem we were having on a Sunday afternoon. This is a great and responsive company.

I’ve been trusting Mercury Plumbing for approximately 17 years. It’s an Incredible company with outstanding customer care. Melinda in the office is truly a delight to speak with when making an appointment. Pedro was excellent in changing a leaking shower head cartridge and pinpointing the valves etc. that needed to be replaced in our newly purchased home. Today Jacob came by and was incredible, he finished the job efficiently and replaced a faucet, shower heads, and about 12 corroded valves. He cleaned up all of the spaces he worked in. Thank you Melinda, Pedro, and Jacob for your professionalism and taking excellent care of us.

Tony was quick to recognize the problem and replace the toilet valve. I felt that we received good service and the pricing didn’t feel like gouging as it did with two plumbers we’ve used for simple jobs previously.

Great experience we have used this company on a couple of different properties. Always courteous and professional. Recently had Jakob add a new hose bib. Excellent work.

Pedro did a wonderful job fixing multiple plumbing issues at my home. I had shower heads replaced, faucets replaced and tightened and my toilet lines flushed and a toilet reset. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and completed everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be requesting his services the next time I need any plumbing assistance.

They are AMAZING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, MASTERS OF THEIR PROFESSION AND SUPERIOR in all aspects! Tom, the owner and his wife are truly AMAZING AND COMPASSIONATE PEOPLE. we had been without a kitchen for 3 months because of a major plumbing leak behind a wall in our kitchen and we have four young sons. We had various plumbers give us quotes ranging from 25,000-50,000 for a total repipe of our house bc we were given no other options. One company had left a huge hole open in our wall and floor once they found the leak and never came back. To say this was a horrid ordeal is putting it mildly. Mercury plumbing was a recommendation from a close friend from the city of Orlando plumbing division. They were the last call I made in desperation, and I almost didn’t pick up when Tom called me because I was so tired of hearing the same responses and paying for another camera evaluation to tell me the exact same thing.

Tom came over the same day (his wife was AMAZING in coordinating this!) and assessed the situation. Not only did he NOT force us to have yet ANOTHER camera eval, he actually listened to everything I told him from the 4 different camera evals we already had paid for (none of the companies would release the videos to me) and all the advice other plumbers had given us. He completed his assessment. He then gave us a solution NO-ONE else had remotely given us and it made so much sense and did not involve tearing up any of our relatively new wood flooring that wasn’t already damaged by the other plumbers.

Tom inconvenienced himself to do the right fix for our issue!!! It cost us 2000 vs 50,000 and we didn’t have to do any renovations!!!

In fact they not only cleaned up any mess they had to create to do the repair they even removed the huge pile of concrete and debris another company had left in the middle of our kitchen.

They did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB! I waited to write this review because we’ve been burned in the past and even though he reassured me and gave thorough explanations of why this would work I was still skeptical because of the horrific ordeal multiple other well known companies had put us through! Well, over 6 months has passed and I swear this man and his company are our guardian angels!!!! He did what we were told by all other well known companies in the area told us was not possible! The leak is completely fixed, we have no more drain flies ( which we had been infested by for 2 years and paid thousands to other plumbers and insect companies to try to find the source), and everything is functioning wonderfully. He restored our kitchen to exactly how it had been with the leak fixed!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT ANY RESERVATIONS!!! Save yourself time, money and heartache and call MECURY PLUMBING first!!! Thank you Tom and team! We will not be using any other plumbers ever again!

I’ve added pictures of the damage Tom and his crew walked into that had already been done as well as my kitchen he left me intact within 2 days of contacting him! We had been without a kitchen for 3 months previous to contacting Mercury Plumbing and they created no further damage in the process…just fixed it all including original leak! Hope this helps others!!!

Whatever they’re paying Melinda, it’s not enough.

I trust Mercury and Mercury only for plumbing at my house. I’ve used them several times before and they’ve always been fair and reasonable. But they also go above and beyond.

Today I really thought I needed a plumber, and if I had, they’d have sent one. But Melinda talked me through my problem and in the end, strongly suggested I start with getting my septic tank pumped out. She explained that they’d be happy to send someone, but that cleaning out the drain line before the septic tank was pumped out might be a wasted trip and need to be done again after.

She patiently took my 47 phone calls today (it was touch and go with the septic folks but in the end they got it all done). I didn’t end up needing Mercury to come to my house this time, but a less reputable company would have gladly let me pay them $300 and still not have working drains since the real bigger problem was the septic needing to be pumped out.

This is why I trust them.

I’ve used Mercury Plumbing before and also recommended them to a couple of neighbors who needed a plumber. I just needed them again yesterday and Jacob came out and quickly fixed the significant leak that sprang inside the wall causing me to shut off the water. Very much appreciate the quick response and only one small drywall repair needed to patch after on a leak that was caused large pool of water on my floor overnight. The price was reasonable as well. Much appreciate the quick response so that I could have water in my house again!

I called to request an estimate for a complete repipe of my property and spoke with David who said he would be the person to meet me and gave me a time frame of 9:00-9:30am. I was early and waited until 9:15 before calling the office to ask if he was on his way. The nice woman I spoke with said the appointment was for 9:30-10:00. I asked why David himself would have changed that without telling me whereupon she placed me on hold and patched me through to David who was apparently still at the shop. When I asked why he was not here when he said he would be his replay was “Look Shawn this is a FREE estimate and I’m just going to cancel”.
I asked are you going to give up work just because you can’t show up on time and his reply was, Yep pretty much. The. He hung up on me.
I don’t know if David is an employee or the owner but either way he casts a very bad light on a previously good company but this is new ownership and there are losers at every level.

I'm a licensed building contractor with multiple rental properties in the Orlando area. Some big "commercial" home repair companies won't tell you how much they charge... until they show up. "No risk, free quote." That business model is very profitable because, once the service tech is in the door, they can overcharge, and desperate consumers just want it fixed. Mercury Plumbing has been my go-to plumbing company for more than 10 years. You can trust them to get the job done right, at a fair cost.

Had Jacob 2 days in a row, at 2 different properties and everything was fixed, cleaned and prepared at the highest quality.

I have used MERCURY PLUMBING for over 18 years for my personal house and rental properties. They have handled everything from clogged sinks to city sewer hook up. Every employee has been excellent and they are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

We had a schedule window for service but Jacob called and said he had a cancellation & asked if he could come earlier. When he arrived on time he was courteous and professional. He showed us photos & video of the problem with our garbage disposal. He also detected a leak in our faucet and fixed that as well . Overall very satisfied with communication and service provided.

Melinda was awesome in getting Jacob scheduled for a water line leak to our refrigerator. Jacob was awesome! He hit some tough spots but got through them well! I always feel the job will be correct and done when the Mercury Plumbing repair technician leaves. They really are dependable and too notch! Thank you!

So happy with the service received by Mercury Plumbing. I thought I would have to have Sheetrock cut for a toilet shutoff valve replacement but Pedro did the job without cutting the wall. He also repaired another toilet that has been running. My plumbing work is always done by Mercury Plumbing and they always stand by their work.

Great job, Gene was here in a flash and because of his knowledge he was able to access the situation ASAP He patched up allowing us time during the weekend till the new tank was in on Monday. The new tank is in and installed which means hot🔥water going woo hoo!!! 🤩

Yes. I can finally wash the pots, pans and few dishes thats all over my counters and stove. Past few days was driving me crazy not being able to wash dishes or cook. I did what I was told do by the rental office and it didn't work. Either way its working now. But of course we'll have to pay the rental office now. On that note Eugene was awesome. And it didn't take long.

Leo was great! He arrived on time and fixed my issue quickly. Haven't had any issues at all since.
