We had a blockage in the wastewater pipe in our house, and we called Pete's Plumbing Inc. and Mr. Colin Spencer came to visit us. They attended to the problem quickly, detected the cause of the blockage (palm roots), proceeded to free them with their equipment and the problem was solved. Mr. Colin is a very competent professional. We highly recommend him.

Pete’s Pluming Completed all my repairs quickly and efficiently! The plumber they sent (Greg) was professional and I would recommend him to anyone. He made sure I was satisfied before he left.

Great service! Colin made a huge repair across the bathroom floor to fix a downstairs problem. I was on my computer working and didn’t even bother me. Suddenly all was brand new and better than before! He is an artist!!

Pete’s Plumbing resolved our bathroom leak quickly and painlessly. The appointment process was very easy and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with scheduling. Leo was professional and friendly , fixing our faucet in less than an hour. We can’t thank them enough for their service!

Colin came to fix the leak from the upstairs apartment that was affecting our bathroom ceiling. He came within the time frame we agreed on and finished the job in the time he said it would take. A very pleasant person. Very efficient and left no mess. I would definitely recommend Pete’s Plumbing and the Colin who worked at solving our problem.

It was disappointing. He took my belongings, without our authorization, like my towel that was inside my room in my bathroom and my dish towel in the kitchen and used it as a floor cloth to catch the water that was running from his service, really an evasive situation, disrespectful and embarrassing.
Enters my room in my bathroom without authorization. And my wife and my son who were at home, if they were using the bathroom and bedroom at that moment??????
This is unacceptable, taking your things inside your house without being authorized and even leaving everything on the floor, dirty without cleaning anything, it really was my worst experience in maintenance ever.
I'm sure the company must be serious, but this guy who was here doesn't match the company's conduct, I think. I would not recommend this person, worst case scenario or any situation.

Amazing experience with Pete’s and Gene did an excellent job. They continued to search for the problem until they found what was going on.

UPDATE: Had another issue with a different spot in the house and Seth came out took care of it easily. Also provided some direction on something I was having an issue with installing a new dish washer. Super responsive, educated, and quick to fix.

We had a plumbing issue with our toilet and Joey showed up to fix it within the timeframe provided. Joey was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He came in fixed the issue quickly while also letting me know what the issue was. I would recommend him and this company to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Two days in a row, we had an appointment and we were not notified that it was pushed back… We have five children to take care of and the lack of communication on the end of the office is insane. If I could give zero stars, I would. I can’t comment as to how professional their work is because no one showed up two days in a row and we even called to check the second day and we were told they would move our appointment up. Still NOTHING!

20MAY25: RESPONSE TO OWNER. You fail every potential customer you could obtain; I clearly see your lack of professionalism. Your first mistake in to not apologize for the wrongdoing and assuming all your employee told is correct while the client is wrong. Good luck, you'll need it.

Maria, you failed to mention that when you called the office you just started into your story. The office did ask if you worked with a property management company and if you already had a work order. The office told you we had Thursday or Friday and you said okay and started to hang up. The office asked you for your information and that is when you hung the phone up. As to the office being harsh that is not true - you were very hard to understand. We are happy that you found someone to deal with your plumbing issue.

19MAY25: I called in need of help. Explained my situation. Amy said we don't have anything with that address. I told her I have not scheduled it yet, but needed to. She definitely was not listening to me and her tone wase a bit of a harsh time. I asked if she was bothered by me, she said she was dealing with an emergency. I told her to give attention to her emergency, hung up and hired "Cool Today", who showed me respect and dignity.

James with Pete’s plumbing was absolutely incredible and efficient. He is knowledgeable and extremely professional. We had an issue with one of our toilets that continued to run water and wouldn’t stop. He took a look at it and addressed the issue in an instant and was able to get it fixed in no time. Colin did a fantastic job. He was thorough and made sure I u destroy each step of the process and used some troubleshooting skill to prevent another appointment being needed. I feel confident Colin could fix any issues I have in the future and look forward to doing business with Pete’s Plumbing again
