Mercury Plumbing has become my go-to for home plumbing needs. I now have experienced 2 technicians that have been professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. My latest experience with Anthony was nothing short of amazing. His knowledge and skills made a daunting task look easy. He quickly diagnosed and executed a fix, all while being friendly and attentive. Orlando is lucky to have such a high quality plumbing business!

The past 2 weeks I had plumbing problem after plumbing problem. Every time I reach out to Mercury, Melinda is quick, knowledgeable, and super responsive. She always gets the job done. Andrew Flashman identified my issue quickly, Jacob Bruno installed my new water heater a few days later, and Gabe Fontanez just saved the day with a leaky toilet. THANK YOU MERCURY

At no time did he try to upsell me on a product or service. He left the two work areas as he had found them with no additional mess for me to clean up. Jacob was very knowledgeable about my plumbing installations and works quickly. He even hauled away my old toilet and the large box the new one came in. He cleans up well and stays in good communication with me. Highly recommend Mercury Plumbing. We have used them about 6 or 7 years now.

Recently I had a significant water leak and called Mercury Plumbing. Angel found time the same day to come and look into the problem. Once determined it was a pipe in the ground he recommended a leak detection company. The next day after the leak location was found and they notified Mercury Plumbing, before that company was out of my driveway, Melinda from Mercury Plumbing called to schedule a repair. To my surprise they were able to send Trystan that afternoon. And kudos to Trystan who worked in the rain to repair the pipe. I can't say enough about the professionalism, friendliness and knowledgeable staff of Mercury Plumbing. It is had to find a company that does quality work and stands behind it. This is why I have repeatedly called on Mercury Plumbing when I have a problem. Five Stars to the Team!!!

He was professional, attentive and gave me the information needed to address another plumbing issue in my house. Throughout the year, Mercury plumbing has taken care of the plumbing issues in my house. I have never been disappointed with their services. I highly recommend this company.

Pedro Roman of Mercury Plumbing was the best plumber we have ever had. He showed up on time, did a professional review of the work that needed to be done, and got the work done quickly and efficiently. He even did additional work that we had not scheduled as part of the same service call. The total cost was much less than we expected, and the finished work was much better than we expected.
