My toilet was clogged. I called and they mentioned the visit is $125. If they need to do work they will subtract the cost from the work estimate. That was the first RED FLAG! When they say that it means the cost will be high. Just to unclog my toilet they gave me a $757.00 quote. For $28 I purchased a 15 ft snake and took care of a clogged toilet for only $28. They replied on Google review that I must mistaken. I attached their website and it was no mistake.

Let me just share you wake up you go for a hot shower and all you get is cold water that was my morning yesterday I checked my water Heater and realize that I needed help. I called for service and I was referred to Hers and His Plumbing.
I was thinking that it was gonna take a couple of days but to my surprise, they call me back and told me that Troy Placek was on its way in 30 minutes. He gets here. He checks my water heater and let me know that needs to be replaced, he takes all the information in and works Magic . It took a day of work, however Troy was diligent, and provided great customer service since at the end of the day I had a brand new water heater

I discovered a leak in my plumbing associated with my outdoor water filtration on a Friday and feared I would have use nonfiltered water all weekend. Fortunately, Hers &His plumbing was open on Saturday and able to support me. I have had a problem with the same leak, paying a plumber on 3 separate occasions. However, Tom Koponosh the Technician quickly assessed the plumbing situation and had an ingenious idea to replumb the system using a cooper pipe to ensure that stability of the joints. No possibility for cracked pipe and weak adhesive associated with plastic pipes. Needless to say, I am happy that someone finally solve my problem. I am a happy camper. I would highly recommend this company.

Our hot water heater was 20 years old, and wasn't heating our water like it should. We called HERS & HIS Plumbing because we have had them to our home twice before for other plumbing issues and had great service. They were able to schedule us in within two days, and Steven came to our home on time and quickly diagnosed how damaged our hot water heater was due to age, corrosion, leaks, and electrical erosion. He showed us the very obvious wear and tear and highly recommended a replacement. Steven was extremely thorough in explaining our different options based on needs and cost. After making a few calls, we were thrilled to learn he could have a new water heater installed the same day! Hers & Him sent a second technician to assist in the removal and install of the new unit. Steven was patient and thorough with all our questions, professional, very knowledgeable, friendly, and tidy. Similar to the two other technicians we've had previously. We would HIGHLY recommend using Hers & His for all your plumbing needs, as they set themselves apart from other home repair companies! It's always so nice to find a company that not only does quality work, but have awesome people that do the work! We will only use Hers & His for all plumbing issues in the future.

Mark Miehe was our tech who repaired our outside pipe leak. He was very professional and he explained everything that he did. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He is a great asset to your company.

They had to repipe whole house. The technicians did a great job so professional. Glad I contacted them they were great. Had to thank Mark and Felix for being so helpful they went out of their way making us feel better . Great Job Guys.

David, did a superb job repairing my water closet water leak. He always explained what he was doing, showed me where the leak was and how he was going to fix it. He arrived on time and explained my repair pricing options. And, left everything clean and neat. Because of Dave, I will definitely use Hers and Him Plumbing again if needed and recommend them to others..

Philip was our technician and was very helpful. Came in and took care of the problem. He stayed to make sure all the drains were working Very thorough and was even kind enough when he came in the house to remove his shoes. Highly recommend him.

Duke Energy originally sent Hers and His to look at repairing my water heater. That made me feel confident they were a solid company. While the initial repair was successful, several months later I decided to replace my old unit with a Heat Pump Water Heater. My technician was Felix, who was on time, friendly, responsive and helped me with the permit and rebate information afterwards. Great to see a company with this level of service.

These guys did an awesome job! Charlie and Philip - were (1) on time (2) very detailed in the work (3) took their time to ensure the job was not only complete, but done well. I would say exceptionally well. My brother and I highly recommend this company.

David Cooper is absolutely amazing and funny. Thankfully it was something simple with my water heater. He will definitely be the person I request if I ever have an issue. 10/10 highly recommended

Steven and Angel were great and provided different options, including payment plan possibilities for difficult work that I thought I might have trouble even getting someone to tackle at all. They didn’t flinch and got right to work! Highly recommended!

Huge thank you to Mark M for all his help today - We had a slight back up causing water to not drain properly from the home. Mark went above to make sure the issue was not only resolved, but was extremely thorough in testing all water systems before he left and educating us on how to prevent in the future. Extremely knowledgeable and personable, exactly the kind of service you want/need when dealing with these kind of issues

Excellent service from David Cooper. He worked as quickly as possible and took the time to explain what had to be done and what the best options were for our budget when the issue went beyond the warranty. He also was extremely patient in the week before as we were having issues with equipment that we had delivered to save costs, and worked until late evening in the dark on the final day so that we could have everything resolved before the new year.
I did take one star off because they don't work on weekends. We didn't know what the issue was when we called through our warranty company on a Friday, and no-one could come until the Monday (still good service considering). It didn't help that it was the week before Christmas, however, if it had been a more serious issue, that may have been a problem.

Absolutely loved Hers and His! Our tech Christian was polite, on time, quick and knowledgeable! He replaced our water heater in about 3 hours. Price was perfect and lower than other quotes we received. Will definitely be using these guys for any future needs!

They were able to get a tech out quickly and he was able to replace my water heater same day. I was recommended them by my realtor to get a 2nd opinion and they were able to explain everything I needed abd quoted me the correct water heater I need. My tech Stephen, I think that was his name, was knowledge, friendly, and hard working. I will definitely be contacting the for any future plumbing needs.

Charlie from Hers & His Problem was truly fantastic! We had been quite worried about a gas leak that no one else could locate.
