Our toilet sprung a pretty bad leak on the weekend. Hers & His called me back in minutes and gave me a run down of options and costs . Some of the other companies wanted over $120 just to come give an estimate . This company was transparent and fairly priced . The plumber Tom was experienced and professional . He was on time Sunday morning and had the job was completed quickly with no mess left behind. I will definitely use this company again for plumbing services.

I had some plumbing issues. The plumbing Tech Felix arrived within a reasonable time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed the issues without further problem. I would leave more stars if I could. Thank you

This company did a great job on a water leak issue on one of my bedrooms. Troy called me and came in before my appointment. He explained everything from what he was doing to the amount and repair details. I would definitely recommend them.

Fast & precise. From inquiry, to quote, to job completion, it was only 5 days for a pretty major plumbing job. They dropped my large grease trap into the floor at my bakery, hooked up my three compartment sink, mop sink, and hand sink, and checked my water heater. This job was *intense*- drilling through concrete, plumbing underground, rounding out and squaring off tile, and repouring concrete. Nathan is incredibly helpful, and very easy to reach. David & Steven did a phenomenal job dropping the trap, and then David worked over-time on the weekend to finish the job.

When the job was done, he walked me through all the work that was done, and stayed with me as we tested water temperatures, pressure, and drainage. Nathan and David then both followed up within a few days of the job completion to make sure I was happy.

Fairly priced, quick, accurate, and kind. You can’t ask for anything more!

The Hers and His team from Orlando was awesome! Mark and Felix did an outstanding job of re-plumbing our house. Re-plumbing the whole house is not fun, Mark helped us understand the whole process and explained to us what to expect. As any project of this size, we had some unexpected issues, but Mark, Felix, and Nathan worked thru them and explained to us what was happening. We had some challenges to overcome as this happened just before Thanksgiving, Mark was able to do a patch job so we could use limited water until permits and work could be completed. The over all experience was good for us because we felt that these guys really cared about making sure we were ok and satisfied with the end result. Not many companies do that anymore. Thanks guys from the bottom of our hearts.

We were very pleased with this company. They sent name, age and picture of tech who was coming! As a husband. I’m very happy with that because if my wife was home alone that would be great info to have. We know about the Orlando woman 2 months ago who was tricked by a guy posing as a tech, badly beaten and died 2 days later. In our case, the tech called on his way, came on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what was needed, gave us a quote within minutes and did not pressure us. This is identical to our first experience with them a year ago. Having had a disaster with another company and a bad experience with a 3rd company, we plan to continue calling Hers and His for any future needs.

Emilio was AMAZING! He did some awesome work. My plumbing was pretty much haunted. Three hours the day after Christmas, he was up on my roof, standing in water, all over the house, making sure things worked so my family and I could know some peace during the holiday season. Totally professional and dedicated to his job. Hers & His did some excellent work, I look forward to working with them again in the future. :)

My experience with Felix S. was 🙌 PHENOMENAL! 🙌 He came for a last minute emergency repair the same evening I called in, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and thoroughly, and completed the repair fast and efficiently! He was kind, courteous, understanding, answered ALL of my questions, educated me on things I didn't know about involved in the repair, and was a pleasure to do business with!

Only comment is they tech did not suggest a titanium anode rod to counter the effects of a salt water brine water softening system. The aluminum anode in the new water heater should be replaced when a salt water softener is present. I subsequently purchased an A O Smith electric titanium anode and installed it myself onto the new water heater. Aluminum and salt water is a bad mix.

Dave was amazing! He was nice, thorough and extremely knowledgeable! I would trust him with any of my plumbing needs. He made us feel comfortable with our choices and took time to explain everything. Amazing job!!!

Tom was great, got us squared away super quickly and noticed pipes were not installed correctly, fixed it all and we can now use our sink again!

The technician, Mike W., showed up promptly. He was very cordial and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was so pleased with his professionalism that I actually called the company when he left to explain how satisfied I was with his work ethic. That is not something that I would normally do as we should be able to expect good work ethic and professionalism in all business dealings, but it’s just not as common in today’s world. The assistant I spoke with when I called in was also very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company
