We had a problem discovered last night and called Herrell Plumbing first think in the morning. A technician was sent over around 10:30 AM and was professional and efficient. He took care of our problem in about 30 minutes, and I wanted to point this out. Tim was the technician, and I would be happy to use him again.

Last year I had a great experience with a water heater replacement by Herrell and called on them again this week for a blocked drain line. Aaron and Bobby were top notch - knowledgeable, professional, friendly and clean in their work. The technicians always finish the job faster than I expect, the price seems fair and I've liked the quality of the results. They are my go-to for plumbing needs and I recommend them to anyone!

If you are looking for a great, honest plumber who can help diagnose a difficult issue I would highly recommend Herrell plumbing 100%. We had an issue with our connector in the Laundry room. We had two other plumbers who were unable to fix the problem. They diagnosed and fixed the issue in short order. We also used them previously for toilet plumbing issues and putting gas in for our stove. So again, if you are seeking plumbing in Orlando Metro area my wife and I would recommend Herrell Plumbing 100%.

Herrell Plumbing was recommended to us by a friend when we had a hidden shower leak issue. We could not be happier with the recommendation! Heath was our plumbing technician. He was prompt, efficient, and very knowledgeable! He was able to handle the leak we called about and then was able to fix an additional issue while he was here. I have used Herrell Plumbing for years. They are always able to get out in an emergency 24/7. They are professional, courteous. Heath has come to do work over the years and has always been pleasant. They clean up after themselves and can get parts delivered onsite most times for repairs if not on truck so work can get done same day. I recommend them to everyone looking for a plumber - residential or business.

I had a terrific experience today with Heath from Herrell Plumbing! He showed up right on time, he was super courteous, and he fixed two separate issues very quickly. Their plumber arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and had it fully repaired within 90 minutes—all on a weekend! Their professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work were outstanding. I've known Herrell Plumbing for years and can't believe I haven't recommended them sooner. We just moved to a new home and the insurance company required us to replace our gas water heater. The team over there came out and gave me a great estimate, educated me on my new gas system and had it ordered and installed in no time flat! I had them install two new bathroom faucets and they did a fantastic job with that as well. Finally we had a specialty water filter faucet we wanted installed and unfortunately it wasn't what they could do but they gave me a great recommendation to another company that got it installed right away. If you are looking for a friendly, locally owned plumbing contractor, I would absolutely recommend Herrell Plumbing. During my working years, had a long set of experiences with Herrell Plumbing on a commercial, industrial work basis. Was always pleased and was in capable hands. Routine work, emergency work, project work, all good experiences from Bill, Tom, and the rest of the crew.

Today, as a retiree, had my first ever experience with Herrell Plumbing as a residential customer. Calls to office to set up the job went great, good communication to get an estimate and get on the schedule for my non-emergency request. Heath came out timely, professionally explained the steps expected to complete the job. He even explained typical issues that might come up complicating the job. The job was completed quicker than expected and came out very well. Great work, well done, and THANKS HEATH!

The service manager told me it would be unfair to write a bad review based on my recent experience. You be the judge.

I hired Herrell Plumbing to repair a leak near my water heater. The repair itself seems fine, but after they left, I discovered that the hot water pressure at my kitchen sink had dropped significantly—something that had never been an issue before.

When I called to ask about it, the service manager immediately dismissed any responsibility and insisted that it wasn’t their fault. He explained that shutting off and turning the hot water back on for the repair had likely dislodged sediment, which was now blocking my faucet. Their solution? They’d be happy to come back—for time and materials—to repair or replace my faucet.

For me, this response is problematic on multiple levels. First, it is possible that a small piece of copper broke off during the repair, causing the blockage. Yet the service manager, who wasn’t even at the job site, claimed with absolute certainty that their work had nothing to do with it. That’s not expertise—that’s denial.

Second, if sediment was the cause, which, I agree, is possible, that raises another question. If you know, with such certainty, that this is a likely risk, wouldn’t the responsible and professional thing be to check the faucets before leaving?

Third, this situation highlights what really matters when choosing a service provider. We all know that home repairs don’t always go smoothly—the real test of a company isn’t how they act when things go right, but how they handle it when something goes wrong. Companies that truly value long-term relationships work with their customers when things don’t go exactly to plan. Others deny responsibility and are quick to charge full price to ‘fix’ the new problem. Needless to say, I’ll be looking for a new plumber.

Oh, and while they didn’t check the faucet pressure issue before leaving, the technician did suggest I consider replumbing the entire house. I bet that’s a big job.

Aaron was absolutely the BEST! He was professional, kind, and extremely skilled. He made an unfortunate situation better. He deserves tons of praise.

Aaron came to unclog our sink today and answered all our questions and taught us so much to keep this from occurring again. He was meticulous with details of this job and I wish I could give him a higher score than5. I will personally request him the next time we need services. I have been using Herrell Plumbing for decades and been extremely satisfied but Aaron was over the top!

Eric was awesome. He did a very clean and professional job installing a tankless water heater. I would highly recommend HERRELL PLUMBING and ERIC for their plumbing needs.

Worst plumbing company I’ve ever worked with.
The owner Mike is extremely rude and got very nasty with me on the phone once I called about why his employee Tim drove off in the middle of the job after he put a hole in the wall and refused to come back to finish the job. This company told misinformation to my employees who were trying to deal with the issue. This company got very angry when asked about the misinformation and asked for payment after refusing to complete the job. Do not let these people scam you into taking your money. As a business owner this was very unprofessional. Now I have to call another reputable plumbing service with better reviews to fix the mess they have created for my business. Horrible business owners and employees. Do not waste your time.

This is at least the fourth time we’ve used Herrell Plumbing. We’re happy with the results every time. The plumbers arrive on time, they know what they’re doing, and the charges are reasonable. Eric is the plumber who visited today. He’s quite professional, friendly, and just plain good at his job. We highly recommend this company!

This was the the 3rd time I have needed a plumber. I have used Herrell Plumbing each time because they do a very good job, are honest and not over priced..
Now it has been 4 times. My cheap porcelain sinks in the master bath were rusted and leaking. Eric installed 2 China sinks and faucets. He did a great job and cleaned up everything before leaving.

I don't write a lot of Google reviews, only when feel it's truly warranted. Herrell has been out to my house several times in the past few years, they've been extremely courteous and helpful on the phone, and the tech (Heath), constantly goes above and beyond his role to make the homeowner feel comfortable, informed and resolves issues swiftly. One of the most personable folks I've ever had work on my house. All that, backed up by their top notch quality of work? I requested a service call on their website late Monday evening and was called back the next morning confirming that a tech would be sent out that morning to replace the Moen faucet cartridge. Heath arrived promptly and got right to work. First, he had to dig out the outside water turn off before he could shut it off but he never complained and stayed upbeat and positive the whole time. He had all the right parts and tools ready and his experience and expertise made this an easy job for him. He also tightened up the loose tub spout and recaulked it so it stayed secure and didn't move anymore.. Everything was left very neat and clean afterwards. I was so impressed with his cheerful upbeat attitude toward his work as he explained everything he was doing which made me feel at ease.. He seems to really enjoy his work helping customers with their plumbing issues. I feel so lucky I got assigned Heath to fix this faucet .I will recommend and be calling Herrell Plumbing again for any future work.

Great service by reception and field team. Eric arrived on time, got right to work replacing sink disposal and finished in no time at all. Second time using Herrell and very satisfied. Highly recommend.
