Irma severely damaged our home. Chubb, our insurance, highly recommended Tim. He lived up to the reccomendation. He and his crew did an extremely professional job. They were efficient and respectful and, I must admit, when all was finished, it was a bit sad to know they would no longer be around.

These guys are great! I have used them a few times over the past couple years. They installed carpet in my rental house. Steam Cleaned my restaurant tile, grout and carpet over night while business was closed. They also installed laminate flooring at another one of my businesses. We had a small issue with flooring - but they came out right away and corrected the problem and it's been great ever since These guys make it happen!!!

Tim and his guys bent over backwards to keep us in our house while dealing with mold issues from a water leak. They also ended up dealing with a lot more than originally planned when a tiny leak in the block wall between the inside and outside faucet, caused a great deal of mold, which entailed having to tear out cabinets, deal with the plumbing, an electrical issue, and a lot of drywall replacement. Tim and his crew did such a good job, you can't even tell where they seamed any of the drywall. Todd you were FANTASTIC! You did things out of kindness like changing our air filter & cleaning the grate. Matt, you did an awesome job with the baseboards, door molding and painting. Tim, your kindness in all of this was very appreciated. I will reccomend this company to everyone.

We bought a 1955 fixer up with original wood floors. Tim Machuca refinished them and they look absolutely stunning. The color is perfect and they were brought to life after years of neglect. We also had a terrible experience with our new granite counter tops not being properly sealed. Tim buffed and sealed them and brought out the beauty in them. All work was done to perfection and I could not be happier. Great job, I highly recommend them.

One day there was a strange smell that led to me find standing water in my son's room. After shop vac'ing about a gallon out of it, I soon realized I was in over my head. I called Time Machine and they were very patient in walking me through the possibilities of where the water was most likely coming from(backed up AC drain-line).
They sent someone out to my house with a camera to see where the water damage was. They were able to pull the baseboards and set up equipment to dry the house out. Once that was complete they sent their crew over to clean it all up. The crew was very detailed and courteous. Now it looks like nothing ever happened.

My family was one of the many impacted by the Texaspolarvortexsnowpocalypse that burst pipes, knocked out power, and nearly took down our entire electrical grid. We had a pipe burst, turned off the water quickly, contained the flood as fast as we could, and swept out and mopped up every bit of water we could see, took up carpet and padding, put out fans, and called our insurance company and a contractor. We thought we came out pretty well all things considered, but at our contractor's inspection, humidity was found in certain areas not visible to the eye and the contractor recommended Time Machine for a follow up inspection using sensitive equipment to more fully assess the scope of water damage. Tim from Time Machine came out with a camera/devise that could not only detect humidity but also used infrared photography to detect if there was any water that was remaining or pooled and if we were in danger for mold. Tim was incredibly methodical and thorough and covered all of the areas we thought might be impacted and a few more we didn't even think of. Some areas where I had concerns came back bone dry and that was reassuring. However, what I was most appreciative of was Tim's identification of water inside a wall that was not detectable by the human eye. Now we know what to work on and can share this info with our contractor and insurance. Without this extra step, this would have been totally missed--no way most inspectors would have caught it. I highly recommend if you are dealing with any sort of flood remnant, to take this extra step. I unqualifiedly recommend Time Machine Contracting and Restoration.

I would recommend Timemachine to anyone that needs any kind of work done. We had to replace our entire kitchen only a couple of months after moving into our house. After getting a couple of quotes from other contractors, I was given Tim's number by a co-worker. After talking with Tim, it became obvious who we were going to choose. All of the guys at Timemachine were very accommodating to all of our needs and Tim was always available for questions or a phone call. There is no one else I will call when we have projects in the future. Good work is hard to find but look no further than Timemachine.

We needed to re-roof our house and didn't really know where to turn for a contractor. Frank and his team stepped in, worked with our insurance, and made it all happen with very little work required on our end. They made the process very simple, finished in a timely manner, and went above and beyond with our insurance provider to make sure we didn't owe more than our deductible for the whole project. Highly recommended team of professionals, and we will use them again for future contracting needs.

Tim and Vanessa really came through for us when we needed to put the home on the market quickly. Within three days they had our home painted, tile and grout cleaned, drywall patched, power washed driveway, sidewalks, patios and fence along with a thorough house cleaning. Our home looked brand-new! We even got an offer over asking price the first day of showing the home. I loved the fact that they were able to take care of everything on our "to do" list. Time Machine took care of my kitchen and bathroom when we had a leak that created a lot of mold. Manny and his team came and took care of it all, super clean and ready for remodeling now. Thanks to Tim, Jose, Manny and a few others I don’t know their names, y’all are great!

We were victims of a busted frozen pipe & subsequent flooding caused by the recent horrible Texas winter storms, and our general contractor called Tim and his crew to come and dry out our place. They were FAST to arrive, and very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and diligent in their work - and they're clean and neat as well, which counts when you're letting "strangers" into your home! We appreciate their service, and we feel very reassured that they're taking good care of our home so that we can get on with recovering from the water damage as soon as possible.

Time Machine was at my condo before fire department even left. Restoration was very good kept some items from being ruined . Work to restore all things in condo were done with excellent quality . Estimates were reasonable compared with other vendors . All issued at conclusion were resolved

What a great company!! Thought my life was over when my house flooded along with all my belongings. It was almost to much to even handle then Tim came in and saved the day. Not only did he get our house dry he did a amazing job putting back everything in the home. People come over now and say I thought your house got flooded I say it did then I called Time Machine and smile :)))

Time Machine came out to my house after a leak on the 2nd floor caused extensive water damage to borh my downstairs and upstairs Tim and his team took care of everything from start to finish. They did an amazing job and I was very impressed by the quality of service they delivered. I would highly recommend them and definitely will be using them again in the future.

We were recommended Tim by my daughter who had a major water leak in her home. Tim came right away after we discovered a leak in our kitchen which caused the wood floor to buckle. Tom immediately placed drying machines. He contacted our adjuster and met with the adjuster to go over the damage. They provided a very detail estimate which the insurance co paid.
