I was recommended to Tim from Time Machine by another person who I had hired to do roof tarps. Tim and his team did the initial remediation and efforts to move forward with them never came to fruition. THEY NEVER FILED FOR PERMITS TO THE COUNTY. I suspended and ultimately terminated them for not doing anything for weeks.

I had even referred others to Time Machine as Tim talked a good game, but he didn't deliver. I regret having hired him and I believe the person who recommended him does as well. He and his family may be very successful and wealthy, but I don't trust him. I beleve he has zero integrity.

As a result of their negligence for never requesting permits, I was at the end of the line when my present contracor submitted a building permit. They cost me thousands of dollars as I've had to rent another place to live in for several months longer that had they just "DONE THEIR JOB". Please don't put any more money in their pockets. They screwed me over.

I believe Time Machine recently opened another office in Sarasota. I urge all Sarasota and Manatee County residents to look elsewhere for their general contractor needs.

Warring this company does bad practice. For example after the day they gave me the final payment they said Hey we made a mistake you owe us 22,000.00 dollars. Then they put a lien on my house. No negotiating no saying how they came up with this amount just a lien. Just like the work they did lazy bookkeeping, lazy workmanship. I have all my pitches and all my documents. They also want to collect money from things that they didn't do. For example they charge for removing the floor. Which I paid someone else to do. How many things to mention that I'll just stay don't do business with them.

I had a water main leak on the outside of my home, which permeated the concrete block wall and soaked the interior dry wall, carpet and baseboards. Time Machine was out to my house in a matter of minutes when I called them to assess the situation. Their remediation crew was there shortly thereafter. They complete resolved the situation, setup state-of-the-art equipment, sealed off the room and came back every day until the room was dry. Really fantastic service.

Subcontracted Time Machine for a large commercial flood, they made it to the site within an hour of me calling. They exceeded expectations and were extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Time Machine for any fire, mold, or water damage job!

Time Machine is an excellent company to work with. They have demolished a large area in our house due to water leakage, Eddie the ramrod on the demo was like the energizer bunny and such a pleasant personality.
They will also be doing the rebuild and can't wait to see how it turns out. And I'm not easy to please.

Tyler Hansen your the best. Always on top of things, which I know is not always easy to do. Always answering any questions no matter how silly they seemed. My Kitchen was supose to be just cabinets ended up a complete remodeling due to unforseen problems. I highly recommend QFB property Restoration. Honesty is a big issue with me, and never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I have used another restoration company which I used in past and thought I could reuse them became very leary and fired them. So glad my Insurance picked QFB and now that I know about them have no problem in using them again if needed, and highly recommend if you seek quality work.

On October 31, 2020, I came home after dinner to find smoke alarms blaring and water crashing through the ceilings of my second-floor townhome. The standing water was already soaking two of my three bedrooms and running down the stairs like a river creating another layer of water on my tile floor at the ground level. The upstairs water was seeping through the subfloor into my ceiling of my living room dining room damaging much of my contacts downstairs. This company was immediately dispatched. The way for several days. The senior investigator (Bob) immediately zeroed in on the problem with the fire department was still perplexed. The project manager (James) has been prompt and courteous throughout the process. The water mitigation technician was outstanding and the cleanup was done within a few days. The pack out crew was very proficient and still holds my personal effects until my insurance adjuster gives a thumbs up for either disposal or remuneration. this company is very professional and I highly recommend them for any and all of your needs should they arise.
