I called up Service Master after my church got floored and they made themselves immediately available for emergency services even though it was well outside of operating hours!

Nick and Josh were amazing! They showed up when they said they would and returned all my calls and texts in a timely manner. The team was respectful of our furnishings and moved everything with care. But most importantly they did a great job with the cleanup. Multiple testings were done to ensure that our house was mold free. I would highly recommend them.

Nick and his team were at my home with their equipment within a couple hours of finding the water damage which had flooded two bedrooms and a hallway. Their quick action saved us from having any mold growth, and the entire half of the house flooded with water was completely dried out in less than 48 hours. This was an incredibly bad situation for our family, but it would’ve been much worse without the help from Nick and his team.

I highly recommend Service Master restoration. Right when I spoke to Nick, he explained everything to me. I told him I live in Chicago and there would be no way I could be at my condo. Nick told me he would take care of everything. I got my insurance involved, and he truly came through. Nick called me and continued to give me updates. I felt a sense of peace after I spoke with him. Nick and his company were fantastic. The technicians were right on top of it all, and there were no shortcuts.  Nick and his company made us feel so comfortable, and if I had questions, he would answer them. There was no doubt that the water damage expert had it all under control, hands down. They did an excellent job, and prompt, and left e everything clean. Nick is also trustworthy, and I have to add that my insurance overpaid him, and he sent me the money. I highly recommend this company, and I promise you won’t regret it. They were a true blessing. Josh, Nick and Felix did a tremendous job clearing the mold and making the living area habitable again. They went above and beyond by finding the true source of my plumbing leak that had been misdiagnosed by another company and had initially resulted in insurance rejecting the claim. Highly recommend this very reliable team with a great work ethic, and willingness to work with us on both the demolition and restoration.

Nick and his team were brought on by my insurance company to help with flooding from my a/c unit. They immediately came in and assessed the problem and began working on it that day. They consistently made daily checks to ensure the water levels and any changes they needed to make.

After finding the start of mold, they took all the safety steps to contain, remove and clear all of the mold and even achieve test results showing the area was clear.

Overall great company, and although I hope to not have to use them again, if I have any water damage they will be my first choice

have no idea about their services but i’ll tell you one thing, they SUCK at driving! pro tip: if you have to get into a lane, maybe try merging when it’s safe to do so and not aggressively almost hitting other people’s cars.
