They Takes avantage of people. My experience was nightmare. The kind you dread from the worst kind of construction company. Poor sanitation and poor work. Now , it cost me three times what it should have to fix the ceiling and mold issues. My damages added up!

Hi - Claudia and her team were 100% on top things for us. From the moment she took my call in the morning of our water leak - all the way through the end and helping with my insurance claim. I never had to call or remind her team for anything. Everyone was on time and wore masks due to COVID. Her team was also extremely friendly. I would definitely use her and her team again!!!

We hired Innova Restoration after à water leak at our home. They were prompt in coming and doing the demo to protect the rest of the house. They took great care of our kitchen cabinets and cleaning as they went. I would highly recommend them!

One day we came home to an unexpected flood where the upstairs bathroom over flowed and came down to the first floor through the ceiling. Once we managed to stop the over flow from upstairs then came the worry of finding a reliable company that can come in and help you with the restoration of drying out your ceiling and ensuring its done professionally and affordable. A friend recommended Innova Restoration and we decided to give them a call and within hours they showed up, assessed the damages and provided a quote that immediately gave the sense that they were very reasonable and in time of need did not felt they were taking advantage of the situation. I would like to thank the entire team at Innova Restoration, but in particular Anadelia who was extremely courteous and professional in scheduling the cleaning of my home carpet. I highly recommend Innova for carpet cleaning services to anyone and any other services you may require. The crew (Joao and Larsson) arrived on time at my house and they did an excellent job. There were a few areas on my carpet where I thought stains were not going to be removed no matter what, but the crew went above and beyond and the stains are gone! These days it is hard to find a company that can provide excellent customer service at a decent price but Innova Restoration has been able to accomplish this!
