Josh was at my home within hours of my initial call. He had the air tested and mold remediation completed within a week of my initial call. They were professional and easy to communicate with.

We were overwhelmed and really didn't know where to begin after a tree fell on our house during Hurricane Ida. Service Master sent out this wonderful team of individuals who took care of our needs. They did a first class job of covering the holes in our roof and tarpping it so it would not leak when it rained, and they removed all of the water damage inside our home. We are so thankful such a professional team of people came to our rescue.

Forget the other guys. I called these guys and they arrived within 90 minutes. They were well into flood remediation when the other guys finely decided to call me back. The work was solid, comprehensive and timely. Above and beyond all expectations. Worked with a very difficult Insurance claim department who changed the adjuster in the middle. They really seem to care about me as a friend more than as a customer. Highest recommendation.

My hot water heater broke while I was out of town and my apartment complex naturally let the water sit. My furniture was trashed and the place was a biohazard. Nick and his guys came in and handled everything in a very professional manor. I was beyond stressed with the situation and didn’t have any friends or relatives in the area to turn to. They got my stuff out of my apartment and onto a moving truck so I could get back home and take it from there!

Josh and his crew were outstanding! They faciliattaed the tarping of my roof while I was still evacuated from my home then removed all interior damage from water intrusion due to Hurricane Ida in a very professional manner. Went over and above what they were contracted to do by my employer to lessen the worries of thier employees. They do what they say they will do and show up when they say they will. Would not hesitate to call upon them again if the need arises.

We had a water leak and Nick and his team were able to ease my mind on the repairs and water clean up. They kept me informed of what would be happening and calmed my mind. I would recommend them to my friends and family if they should have water damage.

Servicemaster restoration by royalty did an excellent job in remediating fire damage in a commercial building with five units with significant water damage. They coordinated all the efforts with the tenants and the insurance company to get all of the task completed and everybody back in their unit and functioning. I would highly recommend them for any kind of remediation work. We have used them several times and they are always timely and responsive to the situation.

After major water and mold damage I reached out to ServiceMaster to remedy the situtation. Not only did I get a prompt response Nick Petrovic was on the scene the next day to review the situation and explain the process to complete the restoration. Not only did he and his group do an outstanding job he did it while I was away in another state. He did an excellent job not only keeping me informed he proved live vidios of the progress and was always availabe to answer any questions I had. He even provided assistance with the other contractors on the job. He has even helped me after his company completed there portion of the job. JOB WELL DONE!

In dealing with a very stressful situation, Nick one of the owners showed up and eased all the worries I had about the situation. He listened to my concerns about the water damage, potential mold and impact to health concerns in my household. Late February, we suffered a fair amount of water damage due to a neighboring unit. From that time onwards over the next couple of weeks, Josh, Felipe, Nick, and Nicholas were outstanding at getting the place dried out. They were great at communicating updates, super friendly and personable through the whole ordeal, and I can't thank them enough. Our experience with Royalty was all you could ask for and then some!

We had a flood and of course when dealing with situations like this, there is always concern with hiring a company as your in a vulnerable situation. Well Royalty will give no reason for that concern.

Royalty was at our location asap once they were notified to get the job done. Their team was polite, courteous and professional throughout the whole process. Any time we contacted them they answered immediately. They communicated and answered all questions without hesitation when asked. There were no surprise fees or questions on the final bills. The experience was so good, to our misfortune we had another loss some time after the first and Royalty was our first and only call! Keep up the great work guys!
