I was introduced to Innova after my high rise condo suffered significant water damage resulting from a burst pipe within a unit above mine. My HOA hired Innova to clean up the water damage and perform any needed mold remediation. My HOA also hired Innova to complete the drywall repairs resulting from the damage. Obviously, the leak situation was a huge unwelcome aggravation, dealing with all parties involved to make sure that I was covered financially and that the repairs were completed properly. Innova was in the position of being “in the middle;” they were frequently onsite to complete repairs in the damaged units where the unit owners were stressed out and upset. They needed to coordinate times with all of the individual unit owners to schedule access and complete repairs within a strict timeline. My unit is a loft unit with a spiral staircase, so the Innova staff had to lug their equipment up and down the stairs to access my walk-in closet. As far as the objective work goes (drying, cleaning, remediation and drywall repair)…excellent work. What makes them great to work with is the people. Natalie, Miguel and their loyal crew were very patient and cooperative. They assisted me tremendously by slowly explaining the process and simply by being available to communicate when I had a question. I strongly recommend working with them, and without hesitation.

Innova was incredibly professional, responsive and thorough in completing their job on my bathroom remediation. They took great strides to accommodate a construction deadline I had, and they did a good job remediating my master bathroom. I now have peace of mind that there is no more hidden mold from an old plumbing leak. Their workers were very polite, cleaned the area each day so it was neat and tidy, and they even mopped the floor of my house to remove any shoe tracks going in and out of the house. Very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Super happy about contacting Innova Restoration services! They came to my apartment and inspect my bathroom for water damage, mold mitigation and mold cleaning, they did an excellent job, also left my carpets brand new. All the stains in the carpets are gone. During the whole process, the guy was super professional. Overall, I am satisfied with the cleaning, removal and would definitely recommend Innova Restoration to anyone who needs any professional situation dealing with mold, or water damaged.

We were very pleased with the service of this company! The two gentlemen worked extremely hard, cleaning out our vents, and they were very professional, and very kind. Innova did a phenomenal job of helping out with the removal of my kitchen cabinets and mold on my kitchen. They were very flexible about accommodating my crazy schedule without any fuss. Unfortunately I have had to request their services two times within 3 months.

Once for a neighboring tenant who's water heater leaked causing flooding to their unit and spread mold to ours.

Again after an ac leak flooded our unit and damaged walls and wood frames.spreading mold .

However in both instances the Innova team has been amazing to work with.

Not only did the team explain each aspect of the process and necessary required treatment , but also made sure all affected areas were properly treated to prevent future growth. The dehumidifiers, scrubbers, microbial spary, and fog required were all safe.for the pets and with minimal noise.

Carlos did an amazing job explaining the process and equipment needed and time for each stage. His honesty and transparency made sure we had a good experience and made sure we felt comfortable proceeding and compared rates and treatment plans with competitors.

The technican dispatched Sami was friendly ans professional even going above what his scope of work was to make sure we felt comfortable and had a good experience. His intrusion to the property was minimal and cleanup efforts were appreciated.

I would highly recommend use of this company if you should come to need need their services. The professionalism and honesty says alot beyond competitors .

This is the company you need to call for your emergency and restoration. Especially if you are in the need to disinfect and sanitize your home or office. They are prompt to respond and attentive to details. Their crew is exceptionally careful, professional and very knowledgeable. I'd give them 10 stars!

Innova was great to work with. The guys who came to the house was very professional and kind. They also took great care of working around and protecting our stuff while they work. The guys worked around the crazy holiday schedule that we had. We are happy with the work that was done . Our only negative was alittle miscommunication but all was worked out ..would recommend!

I had a hazmat occurrence occur in my home. The first company accessed the damage and after a very brief visit inside quoted a fee of more than $40,000 to clean and removed damaged furniture. Service Masters came to also assess the damage and provide a quote. After several hours over a couple of days they provided a quote of about $7,000 to clean and remove the furniture. They also recommended that all flooring in the house be removed due to contamination. They cleaned, removed furniture, and removed and disposed of all flooring for about half the charge of what the other company was going to charge for a cleaning. When asked they even moved furniture that was not contaminated. They were professional, polite, and willing to help in any manner as requested. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Thanks to the quick response from Nick & Josh I didn’t have a lot of water damage. When they arrived they were friendly and professional and knew exactly what to do. I felt a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I didn’t have to do a thing they took care of everything. I highly recommend them.
