Scam. Father signed a contract with them. Our insurance released a $6,000 Check to them and we haven’t heard from them in over a year. They stole our money.

Mr Sebastian, Daniela and Valeria did a great job helping me out with my water damage from hurricane Sally. Professionalism and great service is all I can say for JD restorations Pensacola.

Watch out for this so called company. Nobody made a work order to do any work and they come to your house and claim some guy name Anthony Sanchez called them. They knock and ring the bell like animals. I told them the first time not to come here and they did it again today. Cops are involved and will be doing an investigation.

This place is full of crooks and scam artists. Horrible customer service horrible work, they give your number to whoever and then you get spam called 5 times a day by other scam companies. I’d rather build a house out of clay and live by fire than trust these guys to change an electrical outlet.

Great service! I would recommend this company to anyone seeking emergency help, for their home. Some of the kindest people as well.

Excellent response to emergencies, they helped me resolve my situation while the insurance paid me! Very satisfied with their work

Call them after Hurricane Ian cause damage to my home. They came in fast and recommend and adjuster (Five Star Claims Adjusting) FYI they did Nothing, after they so they couldn’t make a lot of money with my claim they just terminated the representation. JD came and did MITIGATION ONLY!!! No restoration. Ones the mitigation is done they leave everything expose Floors rip apart, baseboards removed, holes on the walls. They put a claim on your insurance and overprice the service so they can get the most money. All photos and documents for you to see their “work” attached.

I was very please with JD & Ms. Daniela . Her & her team was so professional & so nice. They came in looked around took pictures & got the job done in no time. If I had any questions they did not hesitate to answer. I would highly recommend JD Restoration.

Shocked & disappointed in the fees ...j d restoration was employed by the public adjuster handling my case. They came & tarped/sandbagged my MINIMALLY AFFECTED ROOF. My insurance company called me to let me know of their exorbitant fees....$6000!! I opposed it. And told the adjuster how appalling it wasThey were asked by the adjuster to remove their tarps so the inspector could assess the roof. They removed most of the tarps & NONE of the sandbags. The sandbags deteriorated in the Florida heat & sun. I explained the bill will not be paid until the roof is cleaned up.

Very prompt and professional and courteous, answered all calls timely. Helped us in a prompt time, had to come back out for another flooding issue but did a great job both times. Will be using them for a roof issue soon. Thank you JD Restoration

These people are scammers they are affiliated with public adjusters, I just learned they got paid 32,000 for placing fans that messed up my air conditioner brought a plumber that never explained what was done, ceiling leaking within 2 months again. Called ,emailed for invoices not even to make a claim, no response at all, I could not get an affordable insurance of course, I will seek legal advise now. Stay away these people are scammers.

So, far the experience has been great. The two girls that are dealing with our case have done an excellent job. They are kind, responsible, responsive and happy to answer all our questions. Kuddos to them for their excellent service and professionalism.

If I'm being honest very professional great with communication always on time. Very smooth process. I've personally been dealing with the twins mostly and they go out of their was to keep me informed on everything. Highly recommended A++
