Water Damage Restoration reviews in Orlando, Florida

Once they got paid from the insurance they didn't want to help us any longer. Their tarps didn't last more than 3 months, ripped and sand bags came open. The work was done in Pembroke Pines, but the decision not to help us was made from the main company, so that's why this posting is important. They won't do their job after they get paid. They actually replied to my claims rep stating that.

Everything was great, they would keep me up to date and show up on time and answer all my questions... until I got an email from my insurance saying they got paid.
Then they never answered my calls, stopped reaching out to me, and didn't care that they left a giant gaping hole in my shower, leaving it unusable for months. Never again.
Edit for response: they responded to this review two YEARS after I posted it, and I posted it months after they ghosted me. This is the first thing I have heard from them since my insurance paid them. That's the responsiveness you can expect after they get their money.
