Title: Extremely Disappointed with QFB Property Restoration - Incompetence and Negligence

I am writing this review to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the services provided by QFB Property Restoration for the mold remediation and rebuild of my home. My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare, characterized by their consistent incompetence, unprofessionalism, and utter disregard for quality workmanship.

From the very beginning, QFB Property Restoration demonstrated a lack of respect for my property and the surrounding community. They left granite countertops and bags of debris and trash sitting on the side of my house for an extended period, creating an unsightly mess for my neighbors and causing damage to the wiring of my sprinkler system. This negligence is absolutely unacceptable and showcases their lack of professionalism.

What is even more distressing is the exorbitant amount of time it took QFB Property Restoration to complete the job. Despite initially promising a swift resolution, the process dragged on for close to a year, subjecting me to substandard living conditions for an unreasonably long time. During the mold remediation, my personal belongings were carelessly packed, resulting in their ruin. This level of carelessness and disregard for my possessions is not only deeply disheartening but also infuriating.

Regrettably, the list of grievances does not end there. QFB Property Restoration consistently demonstrated a lack of attention to detail. They installed the wrong countertops in my kitchen, opting for an unsightly and completely mismatched shade of pea green. Despite my repeated requests for them to rectify the mistake, they adamantly refused to correct it. Furthermore, their workmanship left scratches all over my tile floor, which they failed to adequately address.

Most alarmingly, QFB Property Restoration left active mold in multiple areas of my home, even after I reported it to my insurance company. This led to multiple return visits from their team to rectify the issue, exposing their incompetence and lack of thoroughness. In addition, their baseboard installation and painting job were of such poor quality that they had to return on three separate occasions to rectify the shoddy workmanship.

To add insult to injury, QFB Property Restoration replaced my higher-grade carpet with a significantly inferior and cheap alternative, disregarding their responsibility to match the original quality. Their disregard for my property was further evidenced by the careless dent they caused to my front doorstep while moving the granite on a dolly.

Perhaps the most concerning aspect of their negligence was the fact that QFB Property Restoration left the exterior door of my house off for an extended period, leaving my home vulnerable to the elements and compromising its security. Moreover, when my toilet was damaged during their work, they blatantly refused to fix it, leaving me to address yet another issue on my own.

The impact of QFB Property Restoration's incompetence and negligence on my family cannot be overstated. We were forced to endure nearly a year of living in a cramped hotel room with my two young sons, resulting in emotional, physical, and financial strain that continues to this day.
and Unfortunately the list goes on.. but In conclusion, my experience with QFB Property Restoration has been nothing short of a disaster. Their consistent unprofessionalism, poor workmanship, and blatant disregard for customer satisfaction have left me devastated and struggling to clean up the mess they have left behind.

I live in a condo on the first floor. My neighbor above had some water issues that caused my ceiling to leak (which was a Friday evening). As soon as I noticed the leak, ATI was notified and arrived within a couple of hours. They came right in and immediately placed in their equipment to suck out the water properly. They used a huge air purifier that stayed with me running for a few days, making sure I was breathing in good air. They checked on me making sure there were no problems. I wish I could give them 10 stars! I highly recommend ATI for many reasons. Their crew is friendly, compassionate and they know what they are doing. They go over and beyond. Did I mention, they clean up after themselves leaving the area even cleaner than when they first arrived? Rafael, Grace, Ishmael and JC are the ones who have taken such great care of me. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I will contact ATI!

We had a refrigerator leak which left us with wet mold in the wallboard,
baseboard and cabinets in the kitchen and the entryway. We called a mitigation company to cleanup and they gave me the info on OFB and Glen Chastain. I called and Glen responded promptly. I had the ok from the insurance co, and I did have another estimate. Glen came and I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge, we signed the contract. The workers came when they said they would. The work was meticulous from prep to cleanup. They were polite and kept making sure we were pleased with what they were doing and with the results. I had no cleanup when they left except for putting my cabinet contents away.
I would highly recommend OFB to anyone who needs this type of work done. I will definitely use them again.

Very grateful for the amazing work provided by Scott, Adrian, and Michele to remedy our mold. They were very professional, thorough, hard working, and caring. Kept us informed all throughout the process which was affirming. The estimate was all inclusive and there were no crazy surprises or price gouging which happened with a different company. I love the quality, honesty, and integrity of these guys& this company, QFB! Thank you so very much!

The fire damage and cleanup crew led by Milady were wonderful. She knows her job and is great to work with. As of this time the demo and rebuild has not begun but Glen the project manager has also been great to work with

The sub-contractors for QFB were professional and did excellent work. The communication from the front office in regards to when the work would be done needs improvement. I was told someone would be at my home and nobody would show up. This happened on several occasions. The work I was told they would be doing was not quite accurate. Although, the sub-contractors did excellent work and were always pleasant. The front office communication was lacking. Therefore, I can’t rate them 5 stars

I was partnered with QFB via my insurance provider after an unfortunate leak in my upstairs bathroom. I specifically worked with 2 gentlemen, Tim Dutton as an adjustor and Mike Whitten as my general contractor. Both were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and did everything to set my expectations for the process and alleviate any concerns I may have had. It was always easy to get ahold of either gentlemen - Tim at the start when determining the scope of work and Mike day-to-day once the project got underway. I would certainly recommend the company to anyone in need of restoration and repair work for their home.

Everybody that works with QFB is very professional they are old-school and very seasoned professionals and they perform their task with the finest of quality and being a Christian-based company they are totally trustworthy and they stand on their work and their word and they’re very courteous and make you feel comfortable and answer every question you have diligently I highly recommend this company my wife and I were very well pleased and being in the construction field 35 years myself in every phase of construction and believe me I am highly fussy and a perfectionist. When I say they did a good job they did a good job. Mike one there site mangers which was ours was very accommodating and respectful of our needs and made us feel so comfortable and knew what he was talking about for he was formally in the field himself for many many years a true professional and a true pleasure to work with thank you Mike.

Had a terrific experience with QFB. Nuisance water leak damaged our library window framing as well as some drywall. Site estimator/ manager Todd did a thorough inspection, explained anticipated steps for repair and was very responsive regarding communication. Roland, who did the actual repair, was timely, communicative, and did an excellent evaluation which led to minimal invasiveness and a quick repair. I highly recommend them and appreciate their efforts.

QFB was wonderful to work with. Our project manager, Todd, was extremely responsive to calls and texts and their team worked to repair our kitchen damage from a drain pipe leak in a very timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend.

The floors in my entire home need to be replaced. So far, the company that came to remove all the furniture and decorations was FANTASTIC! The manager Mileidy, and her crew took everything out with the utmost care and were very cautious with all of my belongings. Adriana, one of her workers, was nice enough to make sure to bring any packages I received inside the house and answer my numerous telephone calls and text messages. I couldn’t have picked a better company!!! The best!! I recommend them 100%!!

Due to a water leak, my kitchen ceiling had to be removed. Another company did the water restoration service but their contractors didn’t get back to me in a timely fashion. My insurance company contacted QFB and Mike came right out. Because of the holidays and COVID there we’re a couple of hiccups along the way. But my end results are FANTASTIC! My ceiling looks so much better than before the leak happened.
An added benefit were the guys that came out to do the work. They were so nice and had a great sense of humor. Just what one needs when disaster, even small ones, strike.

QFB did an excellent job on restoring a room that had fire damage. It looks brand new! Their team did such a professional job we couldn't be happier. Their team was easy to get in contact with and very personable. I have worked with many contractors before that I could not get a hold of. Not them. They were very responsive. I would highly recommend them.

They were very fast in responding to my claim. That same week they came to my house gave me a quote. Next they had someone come and take pictures and have someone pack all my belongings for me. I was blessed to have one of their employees who was not only professional, responsible and the sweetest person Luz Sanchez and her co-workers. I highly recommend her and whoever is working with her, as well as her Supervisor LeBrente Stevenson who came to check if things were running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

We used QFB when we had our plumbing pipes sprung a leak and we had to have our pipes replaced and damage from the leaks repaired. From the onset the foreman assigned to our project Todd came to our home assessed the issues we had, explained the process to repair the problem and oversaw the whole project. Everything was seamless during the project even though it was during the Covid epidemic. The quality of work of the contactors used, plumbers, electricians and carpenter Roland exceeded our expectations and we were 100% satisfied. The office staff made everything so easy to deal with during this stressful time. We would highly recommend QFB and kudos to Todd and Roland who are an asset to QFB.

We loved working with QFB Property’ Restoration because they are professional, highly skilled, courteous, and respectful. Glen Chastain, General Contractor, has assembled a team of highly skilled professionals ranging from plumbers, painters, floors, finish work including baseboards and wall boards. We had a water leaks in our home, resulting in the need for a major repair project. Glen was with us every step of the way. He reduced the stress we may have endured if we had to coordinate the work on our own especially during this pandemic. We would highly recommend QFB Property Restoration for any repairs you may need in your home. QFB helped us out so much after Hurricane Irma repairing tree and storm damage. They came out right away and got a tarp on our roof, their water extraction team was in touch every step of the process drying our front two rooms. Then our project manager took over with all the repairs needed and their vendor Power Roofing did a great job on our new roof. I wouldn't have known where to start and QFB handled everything for us. Thank you! We are so glad our insurance company recommended them.

John Frawley was our go to person. He was wonderful. Got everything and everyone set up for kitchen remodel due to water damage. All repair companies he used were great. Finished product fantastic. Many thanks and much appreciation to John! We were lucky to have a great project manager.

The first time they asked me for a review, I just ignored. It was such a bad experience, but I was sure the circumstances were unusual and there was zero reason for me to warn others. Then, the redo of our work was scheduled, and I realized it's important to say - avoid at all costs. I keep finding things that weren't fixed correctly. Just last week, my disposal button literally broke away from the sink when I simply pushed the button. The level of workmanship is mediocre at best though we've loved several of their sub-contractors. They are terrible at project management, they won't respond as much as you need them too, and likely they won't put your world back to normal without delays and heartache.

I loved the work ATI Restoration did. I'm amazed of the professionalism each person had which made the process easier. The project mangers were also great and walked me through the process. Disasters do happen in the home but when you have a great team it helps to reduce the stress. I rate then 10/10. Just let them do the work and you won't be disappointed.

I originally was introduced to QFB through my insurance company following a water damage incident that happened in my house. They were very prompt and professional when they came to fix the drywall in the impacted room, matched the paint color in the room, and overall did an amazing job! I then asked QFB to take out my old (damaged) bathroom vanities and install new ones as a separate project and they were happy to do it...even laying down a few missing tiles to complete the bathroom!

I would use them for all my upcoming projects and can't refer them enough to friends and family. This is an outstanding company deserves all five stars
