They did mold remediation for me. They came out right away, checked the problem very meticulously, gave a reasonable bid, and throroughly took care of the problem. However, getting them to send you the mold remediation report is like pulling teeth. They do good work, however. If you decide to use them, you might want to pass on getting a report from them because it's too much work to get them to send it.

If you have water damage in your home for any reason, call Servpro first. I am in Orlando and they still came out to my home for help me. In 5 days my bedroom was dried out and I was able to get the contractor to come in an put my bedroom back together. Thanks a bunch Servpro.

We had a kitchen fire in our home and were overwhelmed with everything going on and not being clear on the next steps. Our kitchen waste line disintegrated in a crawl space draining kitchen, baths and toilets into a lagoon under our main floor. The plumber fixing the pipes referred us to Servpro to clean up the stinky mess. Victor made all communication easy by text and email. Andres worked around the plumber who was installing new pipes without complaint. He was in and out in a few hours and even the plumber said it was a job well done. At first I thought it was expensive, but then thought about taking the day off, getting a hazmat suit...Nope. They priced it just right.

Purchased a home in Oviedo that was poorly inspected. Turned out we had a lot of leaks and mold. We were under the gun to move our family into the house and Servpro of Winterpark was able to come out quickly with a large crew and take care of all the issues. Our fridge flooded my kitchen and the insurance sent out Servpro to dry up the water damage. Andres, Gabriel & Glias were friendly and professional. The staff was professional, prompt. and curteous. I had a sewer line that broke they came out the same day and cleaned up. I loved working with Victor he was helpful and very patient considering the fact Insurance was dragging their feet about paying them . I would definitely recommend this company to everyone.

My condo unit (on 2nd floor) had inside-wall shower pipe leak. The damage went down to 1st floor unit's bathroom ceiling and wall. Having water leak and construction damage are stressful already. The majority damages are on the 1st floor unit that's not mine and is occupied by tenants, plus dealing with HOA.
Long story short! I'm glad I talked to Steve. He is very professional and responsive. He treats his client's issue as his own with sense of urgency. He was able to make a site visit the next day after we talked and gave me an estimate end of that day. Steve is very thorough and transparent! He called me and updated me during the mold clean up, gave me suggestions and explained each options thoroughly. He helped me out every step of the way and guide me to the post clearance process. This company is beyond amazing. They were able to revamped one of our units into a totally new one. Eduardo and his team were here for a week from early morning until end of day. Servpro of University / SE Orlando was very quick to respond when a pipe broke in my home while I was away. As soon as I got back and saw the mess it had made, I immediately called Servpro and was greeted by the very nice lady on the phone. My aged mother In Orlando had a water pipe blow up in the bathroom and water flooded a good part of the house for 30 minutes. It was an emergency, and Servpro came in and did a fabulous job. They lifted and dried under carpets, walls and wall interiors, dried electrical outlets that were damaged by water, dried tiles and linoleum. The workers were knowledgeable, prompt, and top notch in every way. They communicated with us through every step so we knew what they were doing and why. Their technology to detect moisture and mold was amazing. We couldn't be happier. This company knows what they are doing and is professional in every way.

ServPro to the rescue!!! I manage a property that had a pipe burst and they were so prompt and responsive. Stephen was so communicative up front, and gave me an estimate right on site up front. I had no idea what to do and my insurance told me to call Servpro. Servpro came out in the middle of the night and sucked up all the water and stayed throughout the night placing drying equipment. In three days, everything was dry and on the fourth day they started repairing all my drywall and flooring that got damaged. I was able to have my whole house back to normal in a week.
