I used this company for painting the exterior of my house a few weeks ago. Initially I met with Phil and his wife who were very knowledgeable, guided me through the process, reassured me when I was hesitant about the paint color and was prompt in answering my questions or concerns.

His team worked diligently in getting the job done on time and always left the property looking spotless. After the completion of the job we did a walk through. Any area of concern were handled immediately. The final walk through was spot on.

The pricing was reasonable and fair.

I have done quite a bit of renovation at this house and Phil and his team were one of the best. I would definitely use him again without any hesitancy.

I called Phil for for a water restoration/mitigation emergency after an in-wall pipe leak behind my water heater which damaged the wall in the garage and an adjacent room. He came out the same day I called and immediately went to work removing the drywall and placing dryers and dehumidifiers. He especially did a great job in my office which looked like nothing ever happened when he was finished. I paid a very reasonable cash price for this, but I ever (God forbid) have something catastrophic happen in the house I wouldn’t hesitate calling since I have no doubt he would help get maximum value from an insurance claim. In a time when is very difficult to trust anyone with your home I got to say that Phil and his wife Suzanne exceeded all of my expectations. He was personally involved in the mitigation of drying my home due to water damage due to a shower valve that bursted behind my shower wall.

Phil was informative, honest and respectful of our home. I totally recommend Phil and would call them in the future if needed, although in the most positive way, I hope I don't have to see y'all in my house again 😂. Phil and Suzanne, thank you for everything!

We had some water damage to our two-story house. It happened on a Sunday, so it's a bit of an emergency because I had to leave town the next day. Found Phil online and called him up. Initially based on limited information we had on the damage from our own observation, he gave us very good suggestion, and advised us on what to do. He was even willing to let us use his fan for free. He also gave us detailed information on how to dry some spots we had and what equipment we needed. It gave us some peace of mind. From that, we felt he's very professional and honest. Then right as I was leaving my home, I noticed a lot more major water damage inside the garage, which changed the course of action needed. I met Phil at his place, and he explained what needed to be done. Keep in mind it's Sunday afternoon. Lots of people don't work during those hours. He was able to show up to my house shortly after with all his tools and equipment, together with his wife and brother and got the repair going. It was fast and easy, and by sunset we were taken care of. He came back after a couple of days to check the progress and finished up the work. We were left with a good house again. It was a job well done. Good price, nice person, highly recommend.

While we were away we had a water leak for a week or more which went unnoticed until a passerby saw water coming out the front door of our ground level condo. We weren't in town so I had the good fortune to pick Phil White to check it out and do whatever was necessary to mitigate the damage. We weren't going to be back in town for another month at least, so I arranged access for Phil and his crew.

They found water flooded most of the place and had soaked into the walls at some places 3 ft off the ground. I needed to take care of the water ASAP! We negotiated a very reasonable price to completely dry everything - skipping any potential repairs until later.

He responded immediately and kept in touch while the work was being done. He left the dehumidifiers longer, to be doubly sure things would be DRY! They made every effort to prevent mold or even a musty smell.

When we finally got back we were pleasantly surprised to find very little damage and no odor at all!

All of my dealings with Phil were straightforward and satisfactory. He kept me apprised of progress and did exactly what he promised and what I agreed to pay for. I would not hesitate to call him again should the need arise.

We had a water leak from an HVAC unit. Phil responded very quickly/same day. Expertly assessed the problem and recommended immediate measures to limit the damage. Same day mitigation measures were taken. Phil supervised the efforts personally. Job was done completely to our satisfaction. Phil easily reachable for questions. He’s a great resource for other measures to help. We cannot rate him higher enough. We would definitely use him again.
