Get It Clean Carpet Clean LLC did an incredible job on our carpets. Greg arrived right on time and was very friendly. We had a number of tough pet stains in the living room and a musty smell we couldn't get rid of. Greg explained his process and got to work. After he was done, our carpets looked brand new and the unpleasant odor was completely gone. He was efficient and took great care while working in our home. I highly recommend them to anyone who thinks their carpets are beyond saving

3- After a leak in my roof , the damage to my house was terrible. Thankfully we had Fabian , Kevon and Eddy to help us through such a stressful situation. Since they arrived, they have treated me calmly and professionally.

Last week we had a water damage affecting our ceilings, drywall and tile floor. SERVPRO showed up almost immediately after the loss , with the project manager Fabian and the crew members Kevon and Eddy they started with the water extraction process the same night , very happy with my experience and i will recommend this crew if you’re going through a stressful situation such as this , excellent customer service.

Javier and Eddy did an excellent job. They were transparent and clear about every step. They reliably executed every move with professionalism and kindness. Victor ans his team came to our house 10/27 to start the water mitigation process. We have never had this experience before and we had many questions and concerns. I recently had a leak in the ceiling of my bathroom that required full tear out, mold remediation, and an asbestos test. Norman, JD, and their project manager, Fabian, were three of the most delightful men I have ever had the experience of working with. They made the process as stress free as possible, and maintained an open line of communication for the entire two weeks they were working on my house. Their team was respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient while working and I genuinely cannot recommend them or their company enough.

We've used SERVPRO several times now for water extraction and remediation services at our building. They are quick to respond, Jose, Kattar & Dom have done a great job to keep us informed throughout the entire process. They follow up and are easy to communicate with. I had a small fire in my kitchen. There wasn't a lot of fire, but there sure was a lot of smoke! Kattar, Dom, Jose and the rest of the team did an amazing job from start to finish cleaning up the mess.
