Water Damage Restoration reviews in Orlando, Florida

I called servpro to schedule an inspection and Génesis was the one who answered. She was really fast, and kind! In less than 5 minutes i had my inspection scheduled!

We had a pipe leak in our home a few weeks ago, causing flooding in the primary bedroom and bath, which leaked to the second floor. I called ServPro around 7:00am and they were here within two hours. Victor facilitated and he was great. Luciano actually did the deconstruction and setup fans to dry the space. They were very organized, respectful to my home, and explained next steps easily. 10/10 I would recommend if you ever need assistance in your home.

SERVPRO of South Orlando is great! Jose was very responsive and spoke to me on the phone after-hours when I had water damage. He came to my condo and provided an honest quote. When Kattar and Dom showed up to do the work, they were organized, thorough, and left my condo clean. They took the time to explain everything very well so that I understood their process. UPDATE: Ten (10) days later, I had an unrelated sewage backup, so I definitely called SERVPRO of South Orlando again. They came to my rescue even though this incident occurred very late (after midnight). Dom and Kattar extensively cleaned up the sewage water that filled my bathroom and crept into two closets, a hallway, and my bedroom carpet. It would have been very difficult for me to clean it up all by myself without SERVPRO's expertise and equipment. When I said that I would use them again if needed in the future (see my first review above), I didn't realize that the future would come so quickly, but I'm glad they saved me one more time. Thank you, Jose, Kattar, and Dom!

Kevon and Yoelis came to do water damage mitigation for me and they did a great job. Kevon walked me through the process and was super professional and explained everything to me. He also tried to help me catch a lizard that got into the house this morning before they arrived which I'm sure isn't part of his normal job duties. 😂 Highly recommended, they were A+ professional.

Luciano and Ricardo totally saved our upstairs after I drilled a hole in the hot water pipe and subjected the room to a few minutes of spraying water. They knew just what to do to get us back to normal living. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very glad we called ServePro.

Victor, Kevon and his team are the best! They came out immediately and started the mitigation process. Every day Kevon came to check the equipment and the temperatures, and always called beforehand. They are professional! This is the second time I have used ServPro. And I will call them again if I need to! After the mitigation was done, they cleaned up everything too!

José, Armando, Jesus and their crew did an excellent job. They took care of everything and just as their company logo says "It's like it never happened".

Another flooding at a different facility happened and they came once again. Kattar and his team help us immensely.
