Phil and his wife came out immediately after we called and got right to work, promptly removing the floorboards and baseboards so we could assess the full extent of the damage. They then set up equipment to dry out the affected areas over 5-6 days, ensuring everything was thoroughly addressed. Phil was transparent throughout the process, making sure we understood our rights when it came to filing an insurance claim. When the original inspector missed a separate leak, Phil insisted on a follow-up inspection to get a full report. He and his wife were incredibly friendly, responsive, and supportive, and Phil has a reliable network of people to get the job done right. Although we haven’t completed the repairs yet, we’ll definitely be reaching back out to Phil when we’re ready. Highly recommended!

Had a few quotes and all the estimates were in the same ballpark. I hired Phillip White Painting due to the recommendations I read from homeowners in my community. I was sent pictures during the process of soft washing the home, painting it, and after when It was completed. I live 4 hours away and it was nice being able to keep tabs on the job as it was being completed. I didn’t even ask for the updates he just did them out of courtesy. Open communication, transparency and painting the exterior of my home was a beeeze.

Would absolutely recommend Philip White. He painted the entire exterior of my home and did a fantastic job. Meticulous, didn't rush or cut corners. Took his time and made sure the job was done right. That really matters. Even took the time to do some minor touch-ups & repairs to items around the exterior of the house (soffit, columns, etc.) to ensure quality of work. Very thoughtful and again, would highly recommend.

I had the misfortune of dealing with a leaky toilet flooding my bedroom. I wet vacuumed it and mopped it only to realize there was water under the floor planks. I called around and received quotes to dry out and hopefully save my floors. My neighbor had water damage due to hurricane Ian and she recommended Phil White. Phil came in at $2500 - the least expensive quote I received. He also guaranteed the floors would be dried - no matter how long it took - at that price. And, he mold prevention treated the area with Benefact at that price. Others were only offering to dry for 3 days - then if it needed more - they would charge more. So I went with Phil. He used 2 industrial dehumidifiers, 2 heaters and 4 fans. My floors are dry and they look almost new. I did have to repaint the bedroom and replace all the baseboards - at an additional cost - still a lot less expensive than replacing high end engineered hardwood floors. Also, if you text or call - he answers.

I had an A/C leak on my second floor and part of my first floor. Philip and his wife came out and did an assessment. He explained everything that needed to be repaired and what items could remain as is. He provided his quote to the insurance company. Once approved, he came out within 24 hours and started repairs. He's very knowledgeable and honest. He completed everything within 5 days as promised.

We have had several homes painted throughout the years and finding Phil White Painting was a blessing. Not only did he do a phenomenal job; he went above and beyond what was expected and completed an extensive restoration on our fireplace and gazebo. Both items were an eyesore and had severe water damage, they now look brand new. We have never worked with a painter that would be willing to remove gutters, replace outdoor fixtures, cut back vegetation and even repaired our garage door upon noticing it was coming off the track while painting. I highly recommend Phil for any painting and restoration needs. I could not be more happy with the exceptional work and final product; he is indeed a perfectionist. We now have the best looking home on the block!

My home begun to have some infiltration issues due to the age of the original paint. Water was seeping through my external wall in my garage.

I did my due diligence and found out about Phil via google reviews. I called him and he picked up right away and scheduled a quick consultation with me. He came by my house, and together with his wife gave me the initial inspection and the rundown of what was transpiring. He was very detailed in his explanation and provided some good bit of information of which I was not aware concerning leaks and paints.

He applied some coats of sealing solution to the affected area after a 30 minute consultation at no charge. Then he gave me an estimate of how much it would cost to fix the affected area and to paint the entire house.

He offered a great deal to just paint the entire house and ensure all cracks are covered and the walls are fully coated and protected.

The job took around 3-4 days and him and his family were very friendly, and did a fantastic job. They were meticulous with ensuring there were no spots that remained untouched, so everything was looked at with a fine toothed comb.

Will likely hire him again to paint my pool deck. Highly recommend him and his services, very knowledgeable, professional, and nice.
