They arrived at my home ready to assess the situation and begin the mitigation process. Throughout the entire process, the customer service was exceptional. The team kept me informed, answered all my questions, and provided regular updates on the progress. Servpro has been great! They responded immediately to my urgent situation. Rey came within two hours of my call and then sent a team within two hours. Smith, Enrique, Magaly and Mariana were all great. Everyone had been professional and made a stressful situation the best it could be. Rey communicated with me throughout the project. Mariana gave me a thorough explanation each time she came. Elias came to gather the equipment and was very professional as well!

We recently had a great experience with ServiceMaster by Quality Services and highly recommend them for any disaster restoration needs.

We live in a manufactured home that has some age on it, and unfortunately we had a leak inside one of the walls that went unnoticed for quite some time. By the time we realized something was wrong, there was a strong odor and visible mold. I called ServiceMaster by Quality Services, and they arrived the very same day. They quickly located the source of the leak and advised us to contact a plumber to handle the repair.

Right away, they set up professional drying equipment to remove the moisture from inside the walls. They came out daily to monitor the drying process, and within three days the walls were completely dry. Throughout the entire process, they kept us informed and explained exactly how the drying process worked and how everything would be handled through insurance.

They provided all necessary documentation directly to our insurance company, making the claims process smooth and stress-free. The only out-of-pocket expense for us was our deductible. Once the drying was complete, they explained what materials needed to be removed and replaced, and then coordinated all the reconstruction work. They handled everything and made the transition seamless.

Within just a few weeks, the entire job was completed, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. Professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Virgil, Adina & Daniel jumped all over our bad water leak & demo'd quickly, minimizing damage & preventing mold. Service Master is very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. Stay away from ATI -- they are in the insurance companies' pocket.

ServiceMaster is absolutely amazing! We had extensive flooding 2 weeks before I was due to have our new baby.
