The team was not only efficient, but they also took the time to explain the entire process every step of the way, which really gave me peace of mind during a stressful time.

They worked directly with my insurance adjuster and made sure all the proper documents and information were submitted, which helped get my claim approved much faster. Thanks to their thorough work and dedication, my home was restored back to safe, livable conditions quicker than I expected.

As an adjuster with a major insurance carrier over the last 15 years. My experience with this ServiceMaster branch has been one of the most pleasurable. The teams communication with myself and my policy holder has been outstanding. They have provided a level of confidence and assurances I have never experience in my insurance adjusting experience. They have provided my policy holder a timeline to complete all projects faster than originally projected. I called Mr Philip White on Saturday the 1st of February Philip was at our home within 2 hour to view the water damage by Monday the 3rd his crew had the machines in our house before noon. Throughout the process Phil stayed on top of everything and was very helpful walking me through the claim process. Mr. White very experienced in dealing with water damage, Insurance companies and etc. I have no problem with referring Phil to anyone who is need of Water Damage restoration services.

Phil's team painted the exterior of our house back in August, and I am still SO in love with how it turned out! His crew was always on time, and were on it! They answered every question we had, and pointed things out to us that they thought we should know. When there was a mix up about the color for our dripline and gutters, they made sure it got taken care of quickly! Even showed up on the weekend to get it done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Phil and his team to anyone looking for house painting!

My HOA cited me for a dirty roof and I immediately called Phil. He didn’t disappoint. He’s a true professional and really knows his stuff. He made my roof sparkle and I didn’t even know it could look that good. Wow! He also made some other recommendations on some mold questions I had. I’ll definitely be using him again. Phil and team were extremely responsive, knowledgeable and just good people. They showed up within an hour of my calling, and were putting out drying equipment shortly thereafter. They have amazing customer service and they know how to interact with adjusters to expedite claims. Just call Phil!!

The guy was very responsive and upfront about the job, required work to get my ceiling repaired and dried out. He offered a good price and was able to begin work right away. He also provided referrals for other local contractors, for additional work I have, that have been in business in Orlando for many years. Super happy with Philip White.

I absolutely can’t say enough about the wonderful Job that Phil did on our home. We absolutely love it. They were so polite and professional. Started the job exactly when they said and continuously spoke with my husband about the progress and accommodated any changes we requested. They painted our home and our pool deck. We have gotten so many compliments on the job they did. I would highly recommend them and we will probably use them again in the future for a few other projects.

After Hurricane Ian, Phillip answered my call and we set a time for him to come look at my damage — this was after I’d tried and been put on ‘call back’ and ‘waiting lists’ by multiple other companies. He and his wife came in and helped quickly cleaned up the mess and likely save a ton of my drywall. He diligently took care of the issue over a week time frame ensuring everything was completely dry.

Then, two weeks later another crazy 6+ inches of rain storm resulted in more water damage… Phillip and his team came out again and helped me in-kind because it had happened again so soon…I am truly thankful for his help and genuine care & kindness, I highly recommend him!!!

Woke up to our house flooding, our brand new wood floors ruined. Phil was to our house within an hour and helped guide us through the entire process. He came out every day, at the time he stated he would and walked us through the house, showing us the progress that was happening. Amazing response time, started pumping out the water immediately. Very hard working and honest. Took care of fixing the water damage and answering my 100 plus questions as I looked on with stress at the water damage. They are very knowledgeable and have great suggestions. Philip White Orlando Restoration saved us this past weekend. We purchased our home and the very next Morning at 5am we woke up to our whole house flooded due to a pipe leak.. I reached out to phil and he was in our home with his team in less than an hour. They were extremely professional and super helpful. They did an amazing job ! They are many companies out there who do this kinda work but not like Phil’s Team. He even went as far as getting a plumber for us when our insurance company gave us an appointment with one in 2 days !!! They really went above and beyond and did an amazing job.

After Hurricane Ian left 8 inches of water inside my house, I asked Philip to come out and take a look. We quickly negotiated a price and he had equipment in my house the same day. He talked me through the process, showed me the locations of the moisture in the walls using a thermal imager, and answered all of my questions. He and his team checked on the progress every day, and always answered the phone. Communication was excellent, which is rare! Highly recommend.

Philip's company did an incredible job. Great customer service. They got to my house immediately after I called, due to the flood in my house. They dried my house within a few days. Checking the house daily to make sure the house was drying and checking on the equipment. Making adjustments when necessary. They did a great job. Much appreciated.
