Thanks to the Servpro Orlando team (Victor, Francisco and Jesus), who supported us with Hurricane Milton, when our house was affected by a tree that hit the roof, they did an excellent packing, demolition and cleaning process, we are truly completely satisfied with the result of their work.

Our office was flooded due to a burst pipe in the building. Manny and Victor were very professional and worked diligently each day. We appreciate the attention to detail and suggestions they made to recover our office space more quickly.

For our second round of mitigation we had the Servpro of South Orlando Mitigation Team. Buyer Beware!
I used ServePro for mold remediation in my master bath toilet room and closet. They did a good job with remediation of the mold, however broke my toilet when removing it or putting it back in place. I have spoken with my representative Elian, and the manager and they are not doing anything to replace the toilet they broke. Next step is the BBB! Suzanne C.

Had a flood in the office due to a/c. Servpro came out with a hour if calling to address the water. Juciano was our tech he was very courteous and through. Hopefully we will not need their services again but if we do I give them a call without hesitate.

As of now, everything appears to be going well. Jose, Ricardo, and Luciano have done a solid job. Friendly guys. They didn’t remove pieces of drywall that didn’t need to be removed, saving me money, and being transparent about the process.

We had a fabulous experience start to finish with Servpro. They provided us with both water mitigation and demo services prior to reconstruction of our living room, hallway, and bathroom. This required a “pack out” of our belongings from those rooms. Eduardo the project coordinator was responsive, helpful, and considerate of our specific needs. He explained every step of the process and answered all my questions! With a child and pets in the house we had many concerns. We had to stay in our house during the demo process and they made it as painless as possible. The work crew was efficient, working diligently each day to make rapid progress. JD our work crew leader and was friendly and easy to work with as well. He headed up the pack out, taking good care of our belongings, boxing, wrapping and labeling everything. JD also oversaw all the demo and clean up. Everyone was great to work with which made the stressful time much easier for us.
I would *definitely* use their services again and strongly recommend Servpro to anyone needing such services. They brought in dehumidifiers, hepa filters, and instructed us how to avoid contamination. Before they came, my house felt like a disaster zone and we were overwhelmed with everything that needed to be done. And they took care of it ALL.

Spot-on! We had a small chemical spill (weed killer) in our garage that turned part of the floor to dust. Ack! We didn't know what to do. Kevon came by and in about an hour had the mess cleaned up. He vacuumed the concrete, washed it and spread a protective anti-microbial over the spots. Kudos! He was quick, thorough, professional and just an all-around great guy to deal with.
