The employees of this company are rude and unprofessional. I was driving down the street and there COMPANIES VAN tried to run me off the road, had the nerve to throw a cup at my car and jump out on me when I pulled over . I recorded a video because I was so blown. I called the company and they gave me an email address that didn’t work. If they don’t care how people act in there uniform then how can they care bout the jobs they have there employees doing.

Darlene was so wonderful helping me from the initial call until the job completion. She made it such a smooth process and updated me every step of the way.

Had a leak in my bathroom. They came over within 2 hours and fixed it immediately for very little cost. They could have charged me more as i didn't know what the problem was. I recommend them highly as they are excellent and honest.

On Thursday morning, 5/6/21, my wife woke up to find water in our bedroom. When I checked it out I discovered that a feed line for our front bathroom sink had ruptured. I started cleaning up the water and had my wife call ServPro. This was around 3:00 AM. A technician was at our door by 4:30 AM and began the cleanup process. Unfortunately the carpet was ruined so the tech, Tom, and his assistant, Mike, removed all of the carpet and set up the dehumidifiers and fans to dry out the walls. They worked as fast as they could and did a fabulous job.

SERVPRO of Lake Nona helped us detect water damage in our newly built home. Their in-wall water detection informed us of water damage in other areas of the home. We were able to hold the builder accountable and ensure the water damage and mold were removed completely.

This is the second flood my home has endured. With the first flood I allowed my plumber to pressure me into using his restoration company which turned out to be a total mess. Being more educated on the process with the second flood I called SERVPRO of South Orange County. Everyone within the organization is true professionals and had my house back to normal in no time. We recently had water damage at my home, due to a pipe bursting within the walls of my master bathroom, the team from SERVPRO responded immediately and began work. Julie was the person assisting us , we found her to be pleasant ,amazing at answering all our questions and addressing our concerns.
Julie even followed thru with our insurance company from start to finish. I would highly recommend this Servpro.

Think twice about calling this company. Call around first, my biggest mistake was trusting this company to follow through and be upfront about pricing. They came out to asset the damages left the equipment to dry up a small leak and that they would be back the next day to check on the progress. They next day he said it was 80% dry and they would be back the next day to pick up their equipment and provide me with an invoice and an estimate for the drywall repair. The following day Manager Mike calls asking if they could leave the equipment for another day, I said no and pick up your equipment. He seemed annoyed and upset of course they charge by the hour which was never disclosed but when he arrived he was being short and rude. I asked for the invoice & estimate for the repairs to the drywall he said we will call me back . I hadn't heard back the following day, so I then had to call them and waited to then receive an email with a Invoice of $560 still no estimate for repairs. Stay away call around avoid being ripped off!
