I recently had an emergency at my home and I’m very pleased with the service. Reinaldo and Mariana arrived on time and were very professional throughout the process. They ensured I understood everything going on, very professional and attentive to detail. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to share with everyone how impressed we are with the entire team at SERVPRO of South Orange County. While on vacation I was notified by maintenance staff of a flood that had occurred at my condo in downtown Orlando. Luckily I called SERVPRO of South Orange County and was connected to Julie right away despite it being 7 am on a Sunday morning. She informed me a tech would be on site within the hour and would call me as soon as he did an assessment of the damage. As you can imagine being out of town during this time was extremely stressful. The tech, John called me promptly at 8 am to go over the damage and the next steps. He was very knowledgeable and assured me there is no reason to cut my vacation short. True to his promise, he called me every day with updates and even emailed photos. Julie dealt directly with the insurance company in regards to billing. SERVPRO of South Orange County made the process completely painless. My condo was back in order and better than ever within a months time. I highly recommend this company!

Tony and his team did a fantastic job of taking care of the water damage to my home from hurricane Irma. I was impressed with their responsiveness and overall thoroughness in getting the job done. I was grateful Servpro responded so fast because the fire we had at the workplace was pretty severe. I got to personally speak with the crew chief that was working in my office. It was nice to see the face of the person who was going to help me. I trusted his team and him to get the job done, and they did exactly that.

5 STARS. for Exceptional service for damage remediation. Franco and Francisco were the best. They are professional, on time, courteous and personable. Got the job done efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up afterword. I highly recommend them.

1 STARS for REALLY dropping the ball on restoration. In the middle of scheduling work, they abruptly called to advise they have stopped all restoration work and left me high and dry (no pun intended) with a big uninsulated hole in my ceiling and knowing no one to fix it. They said they would recommend someone that turn out to be another month long fiasco for lack of communication between Servpro and the contractor who ultimately said he didn't want the job anyway. Now for the good news.

5 STARS They referred another contractor, JAET Enterprises, who called the very same day, came out the next day for inspection and sent a proposal and then proceeded to get the work done the very next day and finished. I don't know why they didn't give me their name first. My BEST review for brothers Nestor and Jesus who got the job done and done well. I would highly recommend them and would use them for other work when needed. Servpro not so much.
