Ernesto and Richard did a fantastic job on our restoration project. They were fast, efficient, organized and courteous!! Highly recommended them.

The on site crew chief, Sara, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all my questions patiently even though I knew she was extremely busy.
Sydney was the first contact we had with ServPro. We were also very pleased with her communication with us. It was very helpful to know that she was recently promoted to this new position so we understood when she needed to get back with us for the answers to some of our questions.
The only delay that we've been upset with was the Production Manager not giving us the estimate for the second room we decided to have done. It was promised for the 3rd time today. We'll see . . . In his defense, everyone is dealing with the aftermath of two back-to-back hurricanes that have caused an extreme amount of damage in this area!!

The gentleman who worked in our home, Asdrubal & Gaudy, were professional at all times. They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the remediation in a timely and thorough manner. They explained everything during the process and were very prudent. Very pleased with the service.

Ernesto was fabulous to deal with, was always on time, and did an outstanding job throughout our 34 visit restoration. He also explained and gave updates on everything without even asking.

Home was flooded by Hurricane Idalia. I called Servpro and as soon as it was safe to travel an operations manager arrived to inspect and give an estimate. The team showed up and started cleaning up. Nothing was done without explaining to me why it was necessary. Four days later and the house is dry. I highly recommend Servpro and thank the team for all their hard work.

I am so impressed by this company. A pipe in the basement of my building backed up into my unit and flooded my bathroom, closet and half my bedroom. Norman, Sara and Daniel came out even at 11:00 at night to stabilize and assess the damage. They came back the next day to finish the job and worked quickly even on a holiday weekend. Norman was always available to answer all my questions by text and they were all so professional and helpful. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

Used Servpro twice before! They do amazing work. Extremely thorough with cleaning. Everyone is so professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and they would go above and beyond. Recommend to anyone who runs into home issues.

Daniel, Sara, and the rest of their team were excellent to work with and did a fabulous job cleaning out my water logged basement. They set me at ease and were willing to work with the insurance company I had. Would use them again!

They did a great job getting rid of the smell of ammonia.
Pretty much I bought a place without going into it. Everything seemed fine until I walked in. Omg your eyes would literally sting and water. You'd be coughing for days even after only being in the place for a couple of hours. I hardly get headaches and the smell was actually giving me a headache and brain fog. I think the people who lived there before must have had a kennel or something because the amount of animal urine smell was like the whole upstairs was used as a giant litter box.

I called Servopro not only did they explain what I needed, they explained what I did not need and what I could do myself (to save me money, as I paid out of pocket)

Then they brought in their machines and got rid of the smell in a very timely fashion.

I can now breathe when I walk in without coughing, my eyes no longer sting, and the place smells like a normal home thanks to them.

They're absolutely great I highly recommend them.

Franklin and Gaudy went above and beyond in taking care of our significant loss . They communicated with me and were punctual . Their main concern was our safety and comfort . I’m very thankful for their expert service and knowledge! I am 100% plus satisfied with their work !

The Southwest Orlando Servpro team that came out to our house after a AC leak and were extremely knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and showed they cared for our home and wanted it to be restored back to normal. If we ever have a need for them again, this is the team we would want in our home. Sara Paez, Brandon, and Daniel Valderrama were the leads on the job were professional and kind. And the others who were on the team, I did not get all of their names, were also kind and respectful. They kept the area clean, they worked hard, but also quickly. Juan was there the first day, full of communication but the next 5 days of a horrible situation, Ernesto and Richard were professional, pleasant and made sure to get what was needed so our office could open back up. Cleaned up and punctual when they said they would be at the office. Not that I want to go through this again, but if I do, I'd want Ernesto and Richard! Thank you so much for all you did for us!! The team here are some of the best in the industry and you won't find better professionalism anywhere else. They care and connect with all of their customers, while making sure that your home is restored back to its original state. I wouldn't recommend using anyone else other than this SERVPRO location.
