They did our roof 5 years ago, then they just sent my insurance company a letter for payment on work they did inside my home, for example popcorn ceilings, painting, etc. But they never came in my home. Only the roof. Fishy business on seeking payment 5 years later for a job you never did.

Even though I had poor experience in the beginning, last week Yudier Santana was extremely helpful 🙌🏾, and they sent a crew of people to do the cleaning of my house. It was awesome! Luckily, I believe that the company fixed the original issue.

After Hurricane Helene they helped us with demo. They did a great job and were very fair compared to the other companies who tried to extort us.

My house flooded from the storm surge from Hurricane Helene. I called different restoration companies for 3 days straight and ELR responded the quickest. They came out the same day and started drying out my house right away. Pablo and Eric were super responsive, answered all my questions, and helped me get my home dried out and safe to live in, while also being kind, courteous, respectful, and really going the extra mile to support me and my family during this time. I highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in a situation where they would need restoration services! Obviously i hope my house never floods again but if it does then I’m so glad to know exactly who I’m calling first. Thank you for all you do!!

We had some mold damage on our bathroom ceiling. Eric came out the same day I called and assessed the damage. Then told me how much the repairs would cost. He was able to complete the job in 2 days. Eric is very professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call him for any future home repairs!!
