The only reason I'm giving a five star review is because of the new pool tech Brandon. He does what needs to be done and is very polite. There were some techs in the past who had no idea what they were doing. Hoping that they continue to hire more "Brandon's"

I was struggling to get any pool company to come out to my house and fix my loud pool pump until I called B M Wemple Pools. Within a week, they came out and replaced the pump motor to solve the problem at a reasonable price. They were very professional and responsive. Thank you B M Wemple Pools!

Hired them to resurface our pool. Horrible experience. Still waiting for them to return to clean the mess they left and fix the issues that remain. Promised 4 to 6 weeks, took 5 months. Now, 6 months later, they still refuse to respond

I've been using B M Wemple for years they always produce a great service and have never raised their prices on me. Technicians are always on time and communicate clearly. Will continue to use for years to come.

Very poor service. They have awful rotation of technicians and the newer technicians are not properly trained. One technician broke our pool, and after over a dozen dodged calls, they told us we’d have to pay to hire a technician to fix it. These people have one dude in charge who never works and a team of people who refuse to actually call anyone back.

We moved into our new home in April and began using the pool company that was hired by the builder to clean the pool until we closed. We did not like the personality of the gentleman and we were supposed to be schooled on our pool as this was our first time ever buying a pool. His school lasted less than 12 minutes as it seemed he just had no interest. We let him go and hired another well-known company. The Manager of the local store came out to talk with us and he assured us all his pool techs knew about the Pentair pool equipment and we relayed we were neophytes when it came to pools. So, we signed up for a year. Lo and behold the pool tech came and let us know he knew absolutely nothing about our pool equipment and would not even touch it. He said only the Managers knew about the equipment, the same Manager who said ALL his techs knew! So, we fired them that day. Our subdivision was working out of the model home which had a pool installed and we contacted Wemple Pools. Michael Selquero has been our pool tech since May and he’s through, knowledgeable on the Pentair system, comes on time when he isnt delayed by another customer issue (which is almost never) and it’s obvious he takes pride in the work he does. He stands by the work he does and we have never asked him to return to redo any work. he informs us of issues and makes suggestions on resolving them. I firmly believe Michael will be our tech for a long time. He’s a family man and has a kind soul. He is always in a great mood and even working in the heat and humidity, he has a kind word and great demeanor. Thank you Wemple for sending Michael our way!

We had our pool and spa heater go out and BM Wemple were extremely helpful and quick on ordering a new one.
Everything was expedited efficiently and professionally and we were very happy with the product and great service!

Great professional service and on time. When there are repairs or additional issues, the staff is helpful and always gets the job done. Seems like they have a well stocked truck and there is a follow up after they're finished. Pool looks great!

Very professional service provider. When I called them about an issue with our heater that they could not help me with they were kind enough to refund me the cost of the visit. - FYI if you are having issues with your pool heater that are HVAC in nature they cannot assist you.

My pool had algae. They went like one time every two weeks. I asked them several times why the pool has algae and worms. They told me that they put algae treatment that’s was not true. They charged me for fixed the heater and never worked. They told me they went to clean and asked them for photos and they never send me. Horrible company.

Save your $$$ and look elsewhere.

We are trying to have punch list items handled on the pool we had Atlas build. We had pool school in June and even though I’ve sent many texts, emails and calls we still can’t get the work done! They told me 3 weeks in a row that someone was coming, I clear my schedule and no one ever shows! When I call they give endless excuses. Truly the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This pool company was given a deposit to start renovating our pool in March of 2022. As of 8/28/2022 our pool is not complete. They came and tore our pool apart in June and did not return for 3-4 weeks to finish lworking despite calls. Halfway through the job they expected payment for a half finished job. As of today our pool has been tied up for the whole summer and they have still not returned to finish the job. We can’t put the pool room back together because the pool deck still needs a second coat. We can’t hire someone else to finish the job because we have already invested thousands of dollars. We have tried numerous times to reach out this company and now they won’t even return our phone calls.

We've been customers for many years. I have 2 pools that they service one that they built. In the last month I've had both pumps replaced to the cost of almost $5000 1 of the pumps the breaker keeps tripping I had an appointment Monday they called and said they weren't coming until Tuesday. Tuesday they just didn't show up, today Wednesday again no show we were told they were coming between 12 and 2 and then after 2 that they were coming at 4 it's now after 5 o'clock nobody's come, no one's calling. 3 days in a row no show for service. I'm super frustrated I don't want to have to find a new pool company I just want my equipment to work and I want them to do what they promise.My pool is cloudy has no chlorine and it's slimy I've practically begged them to come.

BM Wemple, unfortunately, is left to cleanup the mess left by Atlas. I’m giving them 3 ⭐️ because at least they’re trying. We’re over 6 weeks since our pool was turned over for “warranty” service, which means project completion because Atlas never finished. You can see my review of Atlas if you search.

BMW communication is poor to terrible. They answer the phone about 20% of the time. Email is the only way to get still inconsistent answers. At one point I went online and requested service just to get someone to answer me. We don’t know when a tech will be here, what he’ll work on, what’s been done, etc.

As of now both my pool and spa are losing water, my computer system hasn’t stayed on for more than 24 hours, and my auto-regulator system isn’t connected. We’ve had 4-5 visits and still have all of the same problems.

Is this all the fault of BMW? No—Atlas handed them a car with no tires or engine and asked them to drive it across town. However, this company is our only point of contact and they have yet to solve problems to this point.

The worst experience I have ever had with a company. Pool and deck resurfacing started in 2022 . Has never finished job. Never completed punch list. 5 project managers later and never completed. Stay away from them.

I been through dozens of companies for pool service, BMWEMPLE is by far the best company I’ve had. They’re pool technicians are professional and knowledgeable, that is not the norm with most companies. If they miss a day or can’t make it, they actually give you a call and let you know. I’ve had so many problems finding companies with open communication with their customer. Their prices are reasonable as well. Even if they weren’t, they’re customer service and punctuality is enough for me.

We recently bought our new house and they service our pool now. Must say they are always on time and our pool looks amazing every time. The customer service department is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. We highly recommend and are happy customers. Thanks again

The company is probably amazing but the workers need to learn how to drive. Because this reckless driver in car 1766 CPC 039935 almost caused a huge accident going towards poinciana. He was swerving and cutting people off terrible. I took a picture of the truck but I will not add it but just for safety if you are in a company car that can jeopardize the company learn how to drive like an employee representing a company.

They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an issue with my system and another company quoted my a phenomenal amount of money for parts I didn’t even need. BM Wemple came out, quoted me the correct parts at a much better price; and had my pool in peak condition within two days of calling them. Highly recommend this company; by far the best in town.
