BM Wemple pools has been the most challenging pool company I have EVER had to work with. I have had countless new pool techs each of which who have not been properly trained on using older pump system. This has resulted in algae build up, pool not having chlorine added to it, pool not being vacuumed because their hose doesn’t fit, recommending service for additional fees that aren’t needed, us not being able to use our pool, and causing damage to the system in place. They are quick to ask for payment but not quick to respond to getting someone out who knows what they are doing out to rectify the situation. Poorly managed business and would recommend looking elsewhere for pool service.

WORST COMPANY EVER! Never hire them, they switched 3 guys in my property and all would come throw bleach in to my saltwater pool and leave. Never brush it, never opened up the filter for 9 months since it was replaced for over $450 that they charged me. The pool is salt water and all the workers didn’t know that till I told them. They kept pouring chlorine in there and it stunk. Now the pool is standing green for 2 weeks and today a guy showed up after I made 5 phone calls to them. He walked in, looked at the pool and said. Oh hell no Iam touching this and left.

Purchased and had a heat pump pool heater installed for our in-ground pool. Joe was excellent to work with from start to finish on the mechanics of getting it ordered, getting it delivered and then scheduling the installation and the electrician. From the time we ordered until installation was complete was less than 3 weeks. Lee, the installer went above and beyond by helping identify an issue with the pool lights. I highly recommend BM Wemple for your pool needs.

Mike and his team are just good people. They are transparent quick and knowledgeable. I needed my pool worked on in an Emergency and he got it done. The work was great. He also gave me options. Hard to find people that care. Great team will be using for my next house.

B M Wemple pools has done an amazing job keeping our pool sparkling & beautiful. During our pool school experience they were very thorough and spent time explaining all aspects such as the equipment, app, chemicals, etc. Every employee has been very nice and helpful! We highly recommend this company to all!

We purchased a heater and also weekly pool service. After a few months of poor care by the tech, the pool water corroded the new heater and destroyed the filter. We have been waiting months for the company to repair their errors but keep getting delayed. We have not had a functioning heater since October.

Liquid solutions does a really great job and, I recommend their services all the time.

Liquid Solutions does an excellent job of maintaining my pool. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They really go the extra mile to make sure my pool is blue. I've been a customer for years and would happily recommend them to anyone.

I bought a house a couple months ago with a pool that had soooo much green slime in it that there was frogs living it. I talked with a couple of people that recommend Kristen at Liquid Solutions Pool Care. So I called Kristen and she came right out to my pool and explained what exactly she would do to fix. Within 3 days My pool was cleaned and blue. Kristen was amazing with taking the time with me and my pool. Liquid Solutions saved me time and money.

Andrew did an amazing job on my windows. I knew they were dirty but didn’t realize just how bad they were until I saw them shiny and clean! He was friendly and a real professional.
