Mitch had us up an running within a couple hours. We had a few other quotes come in at over a grand higher, awesome work at a fair price. He took the time to make sure everything was running properly and explained what was going on in detail. Definitely would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fair trustworthy a/c company. Hard to find in Florida where they know you cant live without it.

I'd leave 6 stars if I could. Outstanding service and very reasonable prices. Took extra care not to track anything in my house while they we're doing service and the technicians were extremely courteous and efficient.

On May 19, 2025 I noticed my home was warmer than it should be. The thermostat was set at 78 degrees but the room temperature was 80 degrees. Flynn’s installed the Champion HVAC system 2-½ years ago I called them and explained the situation.

The service tech arrived the same day but told me he couldn’t do anything because the evaporator coil was frozen, he would have to wait for it to thaw. Cost $110.00

A second tech arrived the same day (May 19th 2025) ran a hasty leak detection scan, he dropped the scanner breaking the tip which put an end to locating the leak. He added refrigerant which did nothing. Cost $230.00

May 21, 2025 the temperature in my house surpassed 90 degrees. I called Flynn’s Air Conditioning once again to get help resolving this situation. Another tech came out ran some tests but found nothing wrong.

From June-August I lived with temperatures in my home that continued to climb. Why did I live like this for 3 months— I assumed because Flynn’s Air Conditioning installed the HVAC system and issued the warranty they were the only ones that could fix it. If I used another company my warranty would become voided.

August 21, 2025 I couldn’t take the heat anymore, the warranty was no longer important, I called another air conditioning company. Within 30 minutes he knew what was wrong. There was a hole in the evaporator coil. Cost $99.00

This information was verified several days later when another company I contacted took the time to pinpoint exactly where the leak was by performing a leak detection scan along with running a bubble test.

I am a diabetic, I also have vascular issues. As a diabetic I am at high risk for heat exhaustion and heat stroke. I also have a small pet that was suffering as well. To keep him as comfortable as possible I periodically wiped him down with cool towels. In addition to the insufferable heat my electric bill went from 176.00 to over 200.00 because the HVAC unit ran constantly. Knowing the system couldn’t do what it was designed to do I started turning off the unit during the day and running it only at night when I went to bed. It wasn’t an ideal solution but it kept the house at 82 degrees which was more bearable than 92.

For a company that’s been in business over 50 years I expected them to diagnose the problem and fix it no matter how long it takes. It’s called doing your job!. Air conditioning in Florida is not a luxury it’s a necessity even more so when you have medical conditions, small children, pets and elderly family members who may be living with you. HVAC systems aren’t cheap, I relied on Flynn’s Air Conditioning to stand by what they sell without band-aids, excuses or attitude.

I am a first time customer who called Flynn,s AC with an AC failure. They sent out a technician named Maxi the same day. He did an excellent job of methodically isolating a blown low voltage fuse in the air handler and tracked the source of the problem back to a burned out component in the AC compressor unit.

I’ve been using this company since I’ve moved to Stuart, they are hands down the best company to call if you ever have any issues with your ac. They always have a technician available at any time of day. The technicians show nothing but respect and care about you and your system. Will always recommend them to everyone that has issues.

Mitch came out today and did some work on our AC condenser. He is very thorough and explains everything he is doing. We are so thankful! So glad our AC unit is back at 100%!
