My guy Air Conditioning offered excellent service. They were able to come out the next day and the technician was wonderful. His name was Carl He was very transparent with everything he was doing and what he needed to do to repair the unit. I was very pleased with this company and recommend them to anyone that asks. They are fantastic.

I’ve used several AC companies in my 12 years in business and this company was punctual and offered premium service for a great price. Carl was able to walk me through what was wrong and got my system up and running in a few minutes. He also gave me a plan for how to keep my system running so this doesn’t happen again. Their maintenance plan is affordable and we are going to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Honestly I say 5 stars with confidence. Been in the mechanical trade for 13 years and never had the pleasure of working along side a guy like Carl! I would recommend him to anyone in this world. Why because you’re going to get a real straight to the point answer he’s good about getting to his customers in a timely manner and doing a superior job. In this trade it’s hard to find someone that eat sleeps and breathes air conditioning and cooling concepts. Carls the man give him a chance, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED..

I have used My Guy Guy Air Conditioning for the past several years for servicing my AC units and was extremely pleased after 15 years I had to replace one of the units. The technician was professional knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly the work was done promptly and I thought the price was fair. Happily recommend this company. I also found out they service swimming pool heaters.

Worst service ever. Drained the drain pan but didnt solve the problem at all filled right back up in 24 hrs and AC stopped again. Also noticed the drain pan wasnt connected to a drain pipe that was available with no mention from the technician of this major issue.

Flynn's made the extra effort to get our AC unit back up quickly. In addition our service tech Nick L. was both expert and helpful.

My 79 year old mother's A/C stopped working on Thursday, July 9, 2020. She has a service contract with A/C Flynn and called for a technician to come out. The tech came out on Friday, July 10, 2020 and said the motor is broken. SIX days later, it is now Wednesday, July 15th, and the new motor has not been installed yet. The temperature is 88 degrees and the humidity is through the roof! This is HORRIBLE!!! It should not take 6 days for a motor to be shipped to an A/C company.

Almost a year and ac which is under warranty is still not repaired. Lies, promises and passing the buck between Joe and Nick is all I’ve received for almost a year . Beware if you buy a unit from them…..

They could have taken complete advantage of me and told me I did need a new air conditioner and handler like the other company that I was using did. It ended up I just needed some refrigerant and my leak has stopped. I am stopping my maintenance contract with the other company and will only use Flynn from now on.

Mitch saved the day for my family! He came out when he said he was going to and stayed until the job was done and we had AC again! 5 stars for sure !
