Outstanding customer service! Our technician arrived on time, was very respectful (even took his shoes off when he came inside because it was raining) and thorough. He went through the entire system, cleaned the coil, replaced the capacitor and topped off the freon, all while showing and explaining what he was doing so I didn't feel like he was just trying to upcharge me. I will definitely be setting up a maintenance program with them as well. A++!
