Wonderful experience all the way around from the customer service all the way to the end of the job. Called them around 8:30am in the morning had a service tech named Anthony A at my house within 2 hours of calling and had installers at my house by 1:30pm they were very polite and worked very clean they were out of my house by 6pm. The best experience ive had with any a/c company i would highly reccomend them to anyone who needs work done. Thank you

I bought a new air conditioner from Air Around the clock. Any problem got taken care of. The techs were knowledgeable and professional. There was always someone to talk to. I'm pleased.

They out in a brand new HVAC system end of last summer. It immediately started breaking and needed several new parts on a new system. Then recently breaks again. Tech comes yesterday and says it needs a new part and scheduled another appointment for today. Todays tech came and claimed he didn’t know what was wrong with it (obviously didn’t talk to yesterday’s tech), because he asked me what was wrong with it. He left with out fixing it and still no working AC feom a brand new system. Do not EVER use them to install an HVAC system. Ever.

Had water coming through my ceiling from air conditioner clogging. Tech came out and charged $165 to unclog the drain stating, " this should keep you good for 6 months." 3 weeks later it's happening again and air around the clock will not doing anything except charge me all over again plus emergency fees. This is not quality service. You do not make guarantees and do nothing to honor them.

Ac handler started leaking so we had them out to clear all the drains and make sure everything was working right. He cleared everything and said should be good for at least 6 months. Cost us something like $169 for the call out and the service. It’s been about three weeks and it’s all leaking again. Called them to come back out they said we’d be charged all over again. So essentially they did nothing the first time and refused to come back out to fix what they didn’t fix in the first place.

I live in Stuart. My old mismatched AC completely stopped. Air Around the Clock responded the afternoon that i called. John, was very friendly and thorough. After getting 3 prices, Air Around the clock was best and installed an entirely new system the very next day. My compliments to every staff member that I dealt with from the receptionist, to Mark who scheduled me, and especially Tony and his partner who installed everything in half a day! What service! Too many businesses lack good customer service. I can and will highly recommend Air Around the Clock. Thank you.

Go elsewhere for your ac needs. Technicians have no clue what they are doing and will just change random parts and claim the issue has been fixed when it hasn’t. I’ve never met more unknowledgeable people in my life. I fixed the issue myself with a simple Google search. Not to mention the woman that answers the phone is rude. I would imagine she probably has the same techs “fixing” her ac unit so she’s probably always hot and cranky.

We have a maintenance contract with air around the clock. They are always wonderful to work with on the phone and their technicians are knowledgeable and always do a good job. They came out today and my husband and I both work from home, the technician was very courteous (despite us both being distracted and less than polite) and mindful of the fact that we were working.

Our unit broke and when the first tech came there was a light drizzle of rain. He said we had to pay $95 since he came out but that he couldn’t do anything in the rain. Within 10 minutes of him leaving the rain stopped. We called the company and they said they would said someone else. Late into the night the other technician still hasn’t arrived and we have been in high temperatures in the home. Every time we call they say someone is coming but no one arrives. They never came and pushed it to the following day. The attendants at the call center were rude. Absolutely horrible service. Will never use this company again.

March 29th 2024 we had a regular scheduled preventative maintenance on our unit. Since then we have had NOTHING but problems. We have had 19 service calls and 4 times I have been left with no air conditioning. I have 3 kids one of them only being born 5/6/24. Not only has this been extremely frustrating but has become an unsafe sleep environment for my newborn. Our unit does not cool properly and the humidity in our home ranges anywhere from 68-80%. I am risking mold build up, our doors, baseboards and crown molding have all expanded. We are now being told we need a model plug for the control board which they replaced 2 separate times since march. The model plug is supposed to be removed from the original board and put on to the new one. The technician that came out originally to replace the board threw away the model plug. This piece is back ordered with no estimated time of delivery. Tonight (6/21/24) my air conditioner yet again stopped working. When we called for service they said they refuse to send out a technician until the part comes in and they can not give us a delivery date. I have now yet again had to pack up my 3 children (all under 5) with no return date to go home. We have dealt with rude, non compassionate staff this whole process and I want this nightmare to end! I would like a refund for this unit so I can finally replace this and be done with this horrible, inconsiderate company.

Very disappointed in their service. We had a 3 year maintenance contract with them and 1.5 years later we had an issue with one of our AC Units, they came out and gave a price for repairs and suggest I replace the unit and said he could give me a deal on replacing all 3 units. I called another AC repair company and they came out and repaired the unit that was not running and checked my other 2 units and said all 3 were good no recommendation for replacing. This occurred in August of 2024. I canceled my maintenance contract, which was only 50% used and they refused to refund me the difference Stating that since I canceled the maintenance contract, the repairs would revert back to original prices and not the discounted prices. I think this is a scam and I do not trust this company

I have no words for the horrific experience we have had with this company. My air was working on Thursday, but staying a consistent 2-3 degrees warmer than the thermostat. We have a service contract , so we called them to come out. In the past, I have had positive experiences, but like many of these reviews say, recently this company has been horrible. The technician appeared to be a third party contractor, he had no shirt or truck identifying himself. I had a schedule time of 2-5 pm and he called from his personal phone saying he would be at my house in 20 min (I was at work at 1130.) he cut me off and talked over me, and tried to tell me my system needed black lights replaced for mold. I persistently asked him what would fix this issue TODAY and he kept repeating a part. He told me my contract wasn’t valid, and when I called the office, they said it was. He replaced what he thought the problem was, and it didn’t work, so he said he would have to order a part and left without telling me. He called me later on his personal cell trying to sell me a new unit for “1000 off” and then said he ordered the part. He provided no information timeframe or cost, and when I called The office she said she would get back to me. She had no cares about it his unprofessionalism and said a supervisor would call me back. No one did. It’s now two days later, I got a text that they would be here today 9-12, and no one called to tell me that actually it would be Tuesday because of the long weekend. Again, no supervisors, no on call managers, just an overworked lady answering with no answers. My air was working when they came, and now it doesn’t work at all. And there is no one to call to help. Good luck. Go somewhere else.

Five stars! We’ve been customers for two years now and and they are truly the best of the best. We are on a maintenance plan with them and we’ve never had a concern they haven’t been able to resolve quickly and professionally and always with a smile. Everyone I talk to and interact with is wonderful— it says a lot about a company when every single interaction is fantastic! They helped us with our older unit for a year and then helped install a new unit a year ago— all is well and we are so happy with them! Jordan made our last maintenance call today and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was running well. I also appreciate the time the techs take to educate and empower us as homeowners!

Asked to use restroom in an absolute emergency. Said they would be back in a minute and left hanging me outside. This is how they treat their customers. See more reviews for further proof.

Absolutely horrible service. They put it in a complete system for us five years ago. They’ve had to go and fix it at least three times. Last week the heat broke. They took three days to fix it or three different appointments because they picked up the wrong parts, came and fixed it and now on the coldest night of the year, I have no heat. They are unreliable and they poor work at best!

Carl began taking care of our families air-conditioning needs while he was still in school. Now 20 years later, he's running his own company which is not surprising. He's honest, talented, smart, efficient, trustworthy, etc. I now live in Bulgaria, but when I had a question about my A.C. units, I still called Carl for a consultation. I wish I could give him 6 stars. Look no further for your Air conditioning needs!!

I made an appointment to have my HVAC system checked out. Carl came out and when I explained what I was told I needed for my system, from "another" company, He was sincerely honest with me. He told me that my system was just fine as it was, and did not "need" what I was told I needed. I'm planning on switching my service contract with My Guy!

Called for an emergency repair on a Saturday afternoon and Carl was able to come within a couple hours. Quickly identified issue and had part to replace capacitor on condensor and within 30 minutes it was done. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend using them for your AC service.
