Travis came out and fixed our A/C on Sunday. He was extremely reasonably priced, extremely knowledgeable and a very pleasant person. I can’t say enough good things about Travis and his work. Travis was recommended to me by a friend. I just bought this house and knew my air conditioning unit needed looking at. I called Travis and he responded immediately. After looking at my unit he suggested i but a new one. I did. He installed and returns every 6 months for a tune up. Its been 5 years and I could not be anymore pleased with his work. We've had our Champion HVAC unit a little over 2-1/2 years. Since the install we've had nothing but issues.

The company that originally installed the HVAC system failed to fix a major part of the unit. That's when we called Kool Air and More LLC.

Our evaporator coil stopped working. At the time of this review these parts were not being manufactured by Champion. Travis took one from a brand new unit and replaced our faulty one with the new one. After 3 months we finally had air conditioning again.

Unfortunately, two weeks later the fan motor went out and Kool Air and More LLC was right there to fix it.

They are now our go to when our HVAC system fails.

Travis and company are truly professionals. They respond quickly, efficiently and they take pride in a job well done. I highly recommend them. When They installed our A/C, Travis recommended that we choose to take the extended warranty, I'm glad we did. Even though we purchased a system from a reliable manufacturer, a major competent failed and it was covered. You can not go wrong with Kool Air, Travis and his staff.

Travis was very professional and responsive. He came out the very next day and diagnosed the problem. He explained the options and we opted to replace the unit since it was 19 years old. Installation was quick and we were back in action in no time. I recommend Travis to anyone looking for a professional and honest assessment of their HVAC which is very hard to find.

A landscaper cut the wires to my new A/C unit, and the company I purchased it from said they would be out "in a couple of days." I called Travis at Kool Air and More LLC and he came in about 1/2 hour. He fixed the issue, double-checked the vents in my house, and that was that! Prompt, courteous, professional, and got the job done!

GREAT Company... and Employees!!! I would recommend this company to everyone!!! Knowledgeable and reasonably priced!!! Had another company out of Hobe Sound (on US1) do a diagnostic on the unit (a company that I have used for years)... that tech said the drain line was plugged... even tho' the line was still dripping... Called this company for a second opinion... I was shocked at what they found!!! If the first company had removed the filter and just looked... they could have seen the issue!!! I will try to attach photos... First company quoted $275.00 to clean the drain line... which wasn't really needed... (Kool Air charges $120.00 I believe). Saved myself a lot of heartache and cash... by getting a second opinion!!! Soooooo Happy that I found Travis & Michael!!! Photos attached are what the first company missed in their diagnostic!!! SHAMEFUL... especially since the first Tech spent 15 minutes telling me that the reason it cost so much... was because he was soooo Knowledgeable... 😖 If You want a FULL diagnostic & accurate repair of Your AC unit... I highly recommend Kool Air!!!
