Had great communication prior to the appointment and even tolerated my youngest following him around trying to help. Not to mention he corrected an issue I wasn’t even aware of. 10 out of 10. I had an issue with my AC where it was dripping from my air handler onto the floor. I called Kool Air and More and Travis showed up in less than an hour. Scheduling was easy and he notified me about my appointment by text and also when he was on the way. He worked efficiently and provided recommendations to avoid the issue in the future. He was able to charge my card right on the spot. It was a really convenient experience. I am going to have him back for additional services and I highly recommend him and his company.
