Travis repaired an AC that another technician, from a local company, said could not be repaired. Travis came out the next morning changed out a circuit breaker and my AC is working. Because he was so honest we just had him install a new mini -split. Very pleased with his honesty and knowledge. We plan on replacing the other unit soon and will definitely use Travis from now on for all our AC maintenance.

I have been using Steve and Classic Cooling for over 12 years, and have never had a reason to look for anyone else. Not only are they professional and responsive (intensely responsive), but they always look out for their customer to be sure that what is being done - needs to be done. Family owned business that still treats you like family, so hard to find now-a-days. Took great care of me, handled any hurdles like a pro. Loved the servive so much, when it came time time to replace my unit i entrusted them. Best, most honest service I've ever experienced with an A/C contractor. Kyle took a second look at my A/C issue after a local "corporate' company I'd been using for years came in to tell me my system (installed 5 years ago) was out of warranty and the part and repair would be $4500 so it made more sense to replace the entire system for $9700-$13,000. Kyle went the extra mile, discovered the system in fact was under warranty and completed the repair at a fraction of the original quoted cost!!!!
