We started using TCA 8 months ago and have been very happy with their professionalism and the quality of their service. All of the teams do a great job cleaning our house! The past few cleanings we've had a different team each time, and this last time was with Team #5 Sam and Amanda and they did a great job! We're very pleased.

Great team - that Gabby team! Again, it is getting better and better each time they come to clean. Daniella does a great job in the kitchen. Gabby runs a great team and guides her new team members. These girls know how to clean. Love these girls!

We started using TCA earlier this year and have very happy. Every team has been on time and very professional. They are very considerate with my husband working from home and working around his numerous conference calls. I love knowing exactly what will be cleaned each visit and all teams have done a good job. On this last visit with Cede and Kim, they even moved small furniture to ensure a thorough dusting and floor cleaning!

I just had my first visit from my new cleaners. The company has good processes for getting me set up. I was well informed about likely time of arrival. My team (#7) was on time, pleasant, and efficient. They did a great job cleaning and the company uses eco-friendly products which is important to me. I am very pleased.

Today's cleaning was exceptional with Tonya and Nina. Their cleaning was detailed and meticulous. They were also very personal and kind. These ladies are definitely an asset to the company.

Our team of Gaby and Avi from The Cleaning Authority are fabulous and so nice, we enjoy having them come to our home! They bring smiles and sunshine with each visit and also do a fantastic job of making our house a home every other week. We highly recommend them!

These women were wonderful. They were scheduled to come between 10-11 am . When they didn’t arrive I called the company and they said I was scheduled for 1-2:30. This has to be changed since I need an am time slot.
The cleaning was great so no issues with that.

We had a different team and would prefer Kim and Ellie our usual team. The team today did a super job. One suggestion would be to dry the floors after washing. Several of them were very wet. I have extra old towels if they need them.

Today they arrived on time. They did a great job, everything was perfect when they left.

The two cleaners were very pleasant and worked constantly and carefully for the full time they were here working around our two dogs. Very good job and highly recommend

Karen is the best! She's been a regular cleaning our place several times now and my kitchen counters look like glass when she's done - overall great job on whole house!

The Cleaning Authority team have been excellent to work with. Sandy at the office is always helpful and responsive if we need to change something. Our cleaning team are always polite, very conscientious and consistent.
The app to allow you to see when the team is arriving and leaving as well as upcoming cleanings is extremely useful. TCA have been so good that we’ve set up with them to clean our office location and for older family members who have mobility issues.
Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service and peace of mind.

Absolutely wonderful team! I have pets and the home needed a deep clean. Team 7, Gaby and Kelly worked very thoroughly and did an excellent job. In addition there was another woman who came in periodically to help an ensure the quality of the cleaning. I highly recommend this company and this team!
