I’m great full every time Gabby and her team come to my house!! She cares! She cares about me and she cares about training her girls properly with patience. She is a blessing and always given the utmost respect in my home. My husband and I are very conscientious about picking up our home. We mostly are able to accomplish that.

This was the first time ever in my life to have some one cleaning my house. Let me say why did I weight so long. The Cleaning Authority- Palm Harbor did a wonderful job. So glad 😃 I chose this company. The girls were very nice and very efficient and the cost is responsible.

The woman who came out to do the price estimate for our home was so helpful and informed, and she streamlined the process of setting up biweekly cleanings by showing us the app and answering all our questions. Since initial set up, we’ve had three cleanings and we have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Also it was so easy to set up payment thru the app and in general, the app makes it easy to do things such as reschedule a cleaning and see when our cleaning team is on the way. I definitely recommend the cleaning authority!

I can’t say it enough about this company and their cleaners. Absolutely fabulous! Very thorough in their cleaning. I have a dog and two cats. It is a wonderful feeling to come home from the office and walk into a clean house! Highly recommend The Cleaning Authority!!

Sometimes we all need a little help to catch up with everyday chores. I remembered seeing The Cleaning Authority's unique rotational system a while back and decided to call on them for help in a tough time. They just left after their first cleaning, and the house looks great. What a relief and a massive item off my mental and physical to do list. They're going to make our lives easier for the months to come.

I’m not thrilled about having a late Friday afternoon cleaning… but I have to say these ladies NEVER disappoint me! They are quick but efficient! My house looks so clean after they are done! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had DEEP DEEP cleaning done at my daughter's apartment as a surprise while she was out of the country. (She surprised me with just how dirty she let it get 🤮) Well Megan and Ciara of team 14 attacked that mess, no judgement just a good challenge and removed 3yesrs of grease, dirt and cat hair from every inch of the home! I will so be call this agency and this team in particular again for my other properties/ homes. Fairly priced, on time, hard working, all around AMAZING 🤩

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my home for over two years. The service is excellent. I especially appreciate their responsive to requests and that one person on the team is consistent for every cleaning. I highly recommend them.

As usual, the cleaning Team 6 did a great job. They even gave me a tip for dealing with those pesky Pharaoh Ants that keep trying to invade my kitchen. Thank you Kim and Lisa.

I have had my house cleaned twice so far by the Cleaning Authority. The results are amazing. I’m impressed with how thorough they are. First cleaning they made my old kitchen sink sparkle and I had a very dirty plastic laundry shelf that they made look brand new. I didn’t even know it was on their list! Their attention to detail is wonderful. Today, team 3 (Kathy and JoMarie) rocked the cleaning process. I’m so happy. I highly recommend Cleaning Authority.

I love the clean authority. Sandy sales explained the process. Their communication is spot on. Their prices are reasonable. My girls do a terrific job This is my third clean. I was referred from a friend. I definitely highly recommend them.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for a while now and I am very happy with their services.
Team number 4 cleans my house.

We had our home cleaned today by The Cleaning Authority of Palm Harbor and, unfortunately, were left very disappointed. Despite hiring a professional service, several areas were noticeably neglected. There was dog hair remaining on the nightstand and office chair, as well as on the floor alongside leaves and other debris. The kitchen counter and dining table still had food particles, the stove top was untouched, and dirt was left behind on the slate floors.

I chose this company based on positive reviews, which makes the experience even more disheartening. I’m sharing this review to help others make a more informed decision and hopefully avoid a similar outcome.
