We have used rainmaker multiple times over the last 5 years for our landscaping and lighting projects. Steve and his crew are great to work with, and always make sure you accomplish what you want to get done. They are highly responsive and professional which is hard to find these days! Our yard looks beautiful!

We are new homeowners and new to lawn irrigation systems. The lawn was developing brown patches and the lawn service suggested we have the irrigation system checked. I called Rainmaker and within a couple of days their serviceman, Mark, arrived. He conducted a thorough check of the system. Several of the sprinkler heads were not working and needed to be replaced which he did. When the job was completed, he took the time to review the system with me and make sure the timer was set correctly. I was pleased with his courtesy, patience and professionalism . I look forward to a better looking lawn in a few weeks.

I left the above review a year ago. Since that time, I have had a couple of sprinkler heads break and when I call for service, it is only a day or two before someone comes to fix and check the system. I have been very satisfied with the service I have received and plan to continue to use Rainmaker Irrigation and Landscaping going forward. I recommend them to anyone!

I used Rainmaker Irrigation for a sprinkler repair / separation from an adjoining property that was sold. The company provided and estimate and then got the work done as anticipated. The work was done competently and quickly. The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable and cost to complete was at the estimated price. I would recommend them as a service provider.

I have used Rainmaker on two separate occasions when my irrigation system malfunctioned. On both occasions, the Rainmaker organization was exceptional, right from taking my initial call at the office to the workers arriving at my home. Most recently, Scott analyzed my issue and developed an acceptable and reasonable solution. I have found the employees of Rainmaker to be professional, courteous and efficient. I will continue to keep Rainmaker on my list of important phone numbers, should I have problems in the future. Keep up the great work!!!!

I had to reach out to Rainmaker again for another problem with my irrigation system that resulted in the City of Clearwater turning off my reclaimed water. This was a totally different problem I experienced. After having Rainmaker at my home earlier this month, the technician, Scott, made a suggestion to virtually eliminate any future issues with my system. He gave me his proposal and completed the work in a very timely manner under some very challenging weather situations with heat. Once again, I called the office and within 24 hours my problem was solved and my reclaimed water turned back on. My system now is like new. Should have done this the first time, but I didn't. Thank you to the office staff, and Scott for once again helping me during a very difficult time with my irrigation system. The are an excellent company to contact if you experience any irrigation system problems or issues. BRAVO TEAM!!!!

Rainmaker arrived on time 8/19 and efficiently performed three tasks:
1) my 4h station didn't have proper pressure for any of the 8 sprinklers to cover their area properly. The technician determined where a leak was, fixed it and the pressure was restored.
2) he determined that there was a solenoid problem at the control area near the outside front garage. He replaced this.
3) he also reprogrammed my station control box inside my garage to minimize the sprinkler cycle restarting.

4) He was here about 2 1/2 hours. The bill was $450.00 which I thought was fair
5) Dawn, who schedules the visits, is also very professional.
6) I will certainly use Rainmaker again

Great and professional experience. After purchasing a new home we called Rainmaker to come out and replace the control box and fix a leak in the backyard. They came out the next day on time and completed the work and also corrected some other issues that I was unaware of for a very affordable price. The service tech was very friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. We were extremely pleased.

After a lengthy time using Rainmaker unfortunately I’m coming off a pretty bad experience.

On site communication was very poor, billing information was also poorly communicated. Was charged initially for an issue that was not fixed, and took a week to figure out a problem that was ultimately solved pretty quickly.

Dawn at the front desk was very helpful throughout the process but the onsite work and communication was extremely frustrating.

Won’t be using their service moving forward.

Rainmaker has done a great job with a handful of items at our house and I would recommend them to anyone who asks. In particular, the technician who came to our house, Mike Tonto, was professional, considerate and very generous with his time in explaining some things and options. Thanks Mike!

Our landscaping project is not finished yet, but so far it has been going very well. The work on palms and other trees was excellent and has really improved the appearance of our back yard. It is very easy to be in communication both with the owner Steve and with Leslie in the office. Both of them are very friendly and helpful. It is great that they take care of everything - trees, landscaping, irrigation, pressure cleaning, lighting... all under one umbrella, very convenient. I am glad that Rainmaker was recommended to me and that I am now working with them.

I had Scott on several of our properties repairing sprinklers, and putting in a new system on a large lot, and I have never had a problem with anything up to this very day. Scott was very informative of what he was going to do, and was very communicative with me on every job he has been on. I have nothing but praise for Leslie in the office regarding scheduling as well. She is very polite, and pleasant on the phone. I would recommend Rainmaker very highly as your Irrigation specialists.

Very happy with Rainmaker. Steve was very helpful with developing our landscaping plan and was gracious about changing it when we decided to add a fence to our yard instead of adding a row of privacy trees. They showed their integrity when they delayed installation of some of the plants because the ones available at the nursery at that time were not up to their standards. Very good crew doing the installation and Leslie was always very responsive on the status of the job.

We have been very pleased with Rainmaker Irrigation. The office and technician staff have always been professional and competent with their services. We have had them over for small and big projects and haven’t had any issues with efficiency. Their fees are not inexpensive but they do get the job done correctly without requiring repeat visits. Another aspect we’ve been happy with is that we usually get the same service technician which is unusual for a large company.

Rainmaker came out on the day they said they would (we had many always delay or cancel) which was refreshing after dealing with quite a few others. Steve surveyed our irrigation concerns which were installed by another company. Steve educated us on why the new sod and plants were not getting watered as they should, explained what was done, what should have been installed, provided a quote, then installed all new components and drip lines the very next morning. Service was excellent as was the quality of work. Wish we had Rainmaker do our entire job from the beginning!

After having worked with another irrigation company with unsatisfactory results, it was such a pleasure to deal with the courtesy and professionalism of the folks at Rainwater. They showed up on time and worked hard even in the wilting heat and humidity. I would certainly call upon them again should any future need arise and would highly recommend them to others in need of irrigation services. Our thanks to the great team at Rainmaker! :-)

The team know what they are doing. All of the crews that worked for irrigation in our property were polite and had patience to answer all of our questions.

Mark with Rainmaker was my service technician at 4955 Camberley Lane in Oldsmar, FL and he did an outstanding job!!! He was on time, diligent in his care to fix all issues I had and there were many and worked tirelessly to resolve everything to my complete satisfaction. I had requested Mark as he had helped me before and did such an outstanding job at my rental property in Safety Harbor that I wanted him to come to my main home to help again. So this is the SECOND TIME that Mark has been incredible helping out with expert service. He is polite, knowledgeable and truly cares about getting it done RIGHT! Thank you Mark and I'll provide recommendations to my neighbors and friends to use Rainmaker Irrigation & Landscaping on their property and I'll also tell them to ask for Mark! :)

I called Rainmaker based on their reviews and was not disappointed. The appointment process was quick and easy. Mike arrived as scheduled, quickly assessed the irrigation/sprinkler issues and went to work. He is certainly a professional and his attention to detail was incredible. The repair work Mike completed returned the irrigation system to full operation. I will not call any other company for my irrigation/sprinkler needs.

8 months ago I left a 5 star review as the technician they sent, Anthony, was professional and knowledgeable. Needing new landscape, contacted them for new heads, some replacements, and drip irrigation; requested Anthony. Stated they don’t do “requests” so sent an untrained person instead ‘L’. He didn’t sign his name on the service ticket…just L. I knew it was a disaster from the moment he got out of his truck. Stated he didn’t know how to do drip irrigation and went on to say he’d been doing this for 4 months. Nice enough guy, but just not fully trained. He didn’t know how to use the manual override system in the box in the ground. Charged $95 service fee and did absolutely nothing. Contacted Better Business Bureau. Have posted in our neighborhood facebook page not to use this company.

We needed help with our sprinkler pump malfunction and an overhaul of our irrigation system in the middle of the Florida summer. Rainmaker made accommodations and worked me into their busy schedule to come out the very next day. If we wouldn't have had Rainmaker's quick response, we would have paid for a new yard on top of the irrigation system. From the ladies in the office to our rep Mike "Tonto" in the field, they were all incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The job was extensive and I had quite a bit of issues with my system which I knew since moving into the house. They had Mike come out the very next day per my request despite his busy schedule to help finish everything. Would absolute recommend them to anyone.

Dawn at the front desk is rude and doesn’t listen. The techs don’t finish and reschedule jobs and charge a $95 service fee EACH time. $85 an hour! And no one is moving quickly! Holes in my yard and this they also go by “Yellowstone” when you pay them-suspicious. And “Joe” the janitor answered the phone and asked if we knew how to speak English-however he mumbles so you can’t understand….

Rainmaker did an excellent job in removing dead privacy bushes and installing replacements. The made sure that the replacement bushes were of the highest quality before they planted them. Would highly recommend them for both your irrigation and landscaping needs.
