Update 5/16/24 I truly can't say enough about this company and the guys that work for them. I had a sprinkler have an accident. Anthony came out. He's professional, fun, amazing, always great to have him stop by if I ever need anything. If I can't recommend these guys enough, you really need to reach out to them if you need anything with your sprinklers.

Update 5/18/23: Mark must be assigned to my home. He came by and fixed our sprinklers. All the utility depts. came through our neighborhood and they may have damaged the pipes while marking their systems under the ground. I waited a month for Rainmaker to come out but it's worth the wait. An amazing company to take care of our sprinklers. Mark is amazing, too! I'm happy he came back.

I can't say enough! I've been through 4 irrigation companies. I've worked with Rainmaker twice and always been satisfied; better than satisfied! Mark is amazing. I have no doubts that any tech from here would be anything less than great to work with.

Rainmaker was nothing short of excellent. They installed drainage solutions, removed my old lawn, graded and prepped yard, installed new irrigation and new sod. I spoke to the owner both on the phone and on property for progress updates. Dave was also invaluable throughout the project with excellent communication. They also began and finished the job on time. Exceptional quality and customer service. Highly recommend.

Amazing service on our sprinkler system. We had tried another company that failed in fixing our issues. Theses guys came along an fixed everything in a couple of hours. The best!

I was very pleased with Rainmaker. My technician was Tonto. He was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my leak problem within minutes and started work on it right away. After he fixed my problem he then went around to all my zones and made sure they were all spraying properly and adjusted any heads that needed it. I was vey happy with the service and professionalism I received from Tonto. I will definitely use Rainmaker again!

Your crew cut my internet line yesterday. Did not even come knock on my door to say I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I went outside to talk to your crew and all they said was "Oh well. You need to call your internet provider". I work from home and this was a major issue. Not acceptable. Do your homework first so you can avoid these issues. Very unprofessional the way it was handled. I would have had more respect for you if your guys would have knocked on my door to take responsibility for it. You did the same thing to my neighbor. No respect for us.

I just had Anthony and Mike come out and fix my irrigation system. They rebuilt my valves, solenoids, installed 6 inch heads on my sprinklers, etc, etc. They did an excellent, excellent, excellent job. They even cut back my shrubs to gain access to the valves. We are more than satisfied with the job. Please, do not hesitate to give Rainmaker a call for your irrigation needs. Master Class!!!!

My experience with Rainmaker has been fantastic. Our technician Mike was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He quickly solved our irrigation system issues and adjusted our system to run optimally. There was great communication and follow-up by Leslie (office team) throughout the process to keep us informed and make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I got a quote over the phone for a single irrigation zone which was $3500, I thought it was a complete mistake or somebody did something wrong in generating an online lead, but their representative on the other side of the phone was very adamant about the fact that the quote for $3500 per irrigation zone is infact correct.

I’m not sure of how this company has so many positive reviews (their work could be perfect, but they charge 300% over the local market for a simple job). Being that myself, neighbors, family and other acquaintances have always done our irrigation zones for (starting at a very simple pop up zone) at $600-1500 on the very extreme high end for very intricate drip zones, these guys are outrageous. Be careful and get more than one quote, because this is not normal.

We have been using Rainmaker for our Sprinkler Maintenance & Repair for the last 10+ years. The Technicians are always professional, reliable, knowledgeable and friendly! We are usually assigned the same technician and we noticed that most Rainmaker employees stay with the company for years. Our last Technician retired from the company after several years of service. Today, Anthony was our Technician. He fixed (3) sprinklers in 1 hour and he did a great job! He was knowlegeable, came up with a plan on how he would fix the sprinklers and executed the job! He was very thorough and I highly recommend Anthony and Rainmaker! They are worth the wait!

My sprinkler system went down after I had a new fence installed. It’s a mess to figure out, but they’re working very hard to get a handle on it.Very personable easy to talk to make sure I understood what was going on every step of the process.

Rainmaker irrigation and landscaping were professional and efficient. Anthony was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to my wants and needs then worked with me to come up with the best plan.Their experience in this field shows. Dawn in the office, always responded quickly to any questions that I had, and Mike came right out to make an adjustment for me on a sprinkler head. He was kind and patient and very thorough in explaining any questions I had about the controls. Great experience here! 😊👍

I had a brand new sprinkler system install by this company to be exact 9 month ago . I’ve had Rain Bird sprinkler system in my old house installed by a different company in Riverview with no issues for 6 years , so this is not my first rodeo. After less then a year , there’s a leak in the PVC pipes that connects to the on/off valve on the side of the house that Rainmaker installed . It looked like it’s cracked because the valve was turned too tight based on another estimate from a different company. We hardly used it because we haven’t put the new grass in until now . Called Rainmaker to see if they can come out to fix . We can’t get an appointment for 1 month . The owner wouldn’t even speak to me on the phone . Meanwhile , we can’t water our grass , large amount of water coming through the pipes , flooding the side of the house . This company has no problem taking my money for installation but if there is an issue with workmanship or defect , they take their time coming out .I was told they’re too busy and their schedule is full, they can’t get me in until July 8 or if something open they will call. My husband spoke to a technician and was told to send a picture of the pipe and they will call back , they never did . I feel my issues is urgent and needs immediate attention, I cannot wait while my new St Augustine grass needs watering every day. Their prioritizing is a joke, basically the customer that has warranty issues gets put on the back burner.I’m very unhappy with their customer service , bad installation / product and slow to respond for repair. I definitely do not recommend this company to anyone .I would rather pay someone to fix then to deal with this company again .

We had Tim and his guys out today to do a driveway job, and they did fantastic, we couldn't have asked for a better crew and the job went smooth as silk. Check out the pictures. We were totally impressed with the quality of work that this company does! Just about 165 ft 15 foot wide. USA Mullet Champ Approved 🏆
